Food is good but be careful of their bill. We had dinner last night of 5 people with a receipt of 350 plus tip?? I felt this seem not right based on what we ordered then asked for itemized receipt. It was found that 20% tip already included plus 12 dollars operational fees. They should gave me this or say additional tips if they dong gave the itemized receipt.

We ate at lillies steak house on Nov 16th we were celebrating 3 birthdays and one engagement. Every year our family goes out to a restaurant usually in albany to celebrate the 3 birthdays we have in nov. This year we added my sons engagement to it and decided to stay close to home. Usually the bday ppl are offered a free desert. We spent over 1000$ so it was disappointing they were not offered a free desert . I would suggest for Lillies to recommend doing this. Otherwise the service an food was great.

Waitress was great. It took a long time for our dinners to arrive. Steak prices were very high. Had chicken francies, it was good. I've had better. Husband had a burger, said it was very good.

Excellent dinner! Had made reservation for my daughter's 16th birthday and Cynthia made it very special. The food was outstanding and we all ordered different things (steak, lobster and sole with crabmeat) and tried each others. Highly recommend for a special (and slightly more expensive) dinner.

On July 4th was of the few places to eat available in the Main Street at late night. The building itself it’s very nice, but ends there. The food is not satisfying because we ordered hamburgers (medium) and it was overcooked for both of us. The beets salad we ordered came at the end of the course and they forgot twice about it. There were just few pieces of beets, the rest was just arugula.
Usually in New York City the price for a bottle of water is around 5 box max, here 8.
Wouldn’t suggest this place.

Great location (near Windham Mt.) The night started out well, the waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered a steak with jack daniel sauce, it was brown gravy with pepper. Told the waitress that this wasnt jack daniel sauce. The waitress was very nice and apologetic. The owner/manager came over, saying that she could take off 10% of the steak, and we denied that since I only ate 3 bites. The owner then tells us that if she removes the charge the waitress has to pay for it. I find this complete and utter nonsense. The waitress did not cook the food. I insisted that they remove the charge (they did), and gave the waitress the money she had to pay (about $50) If you are in this area, steer clear of this business because of how they treat their employees and how they treat their steak!?Edit: interesting that the restaurant would reply stating they would never make an employee pay for something a customer wouldn’t like.Not only did the manager state that as fact. The employee also reaffirmed that she had to pay for it. Regardless of pay. Please ensure you all show the “love” for a place that doesn’t know how to treat employees or customers when they raise issues with mgmt.ps this review was from a 12 year old in their response to how we were treated at this restaurant.Again. Staff = awesome. Mgmt and steak = not so much.
