Messina's Italian restaurant was a great find during our visit to upstate NY. We had a great time ordering vegetarian entrees. The special of the day (Wild Mushroom Ravioli) was great, as was the Eggplant Parmigiana, Penne Pepperata, Baked Ziti, Fetuccine Alfredo. Adding salt and ground pepper to the dishes (except the Ravioli).They are terribly understaffed though, even though they are doing the best they can and we had a wonderful experience.For some reason, the tap water...

We stopped at Messina's Saturday night for dinner, the food was phenomenal, everything from appetizers, to dinner, to dessert was on point. Drinks were excellent! They never disappoint! We highly reccomend if you are in the Windham area, you won't be sorry!

Appetizers were terrific. Tomato, Mozzarella and Prosciutto was excellent as was the Portobello mushroom. My Linguine Sinatra was especially flavorful served with warm bread and butter. Pasta was available in a half portion which is appreciated.
