The food was incredibly mid—nothing special at all. On top of that, we waited over an hour just to get our order. By the time it arrived, the experience was already ruined. For the price, you'd expect at least some level of quality or decent service, but it felt like neither was a priority. Wouldn't recommend wasting time or money here.

I would not wish this restaurant upon my worst enemy. We came here after seeing positive reviews, but unfortunately the food and service was bottom of the barrel. First off, we ordered calamari and asked if we could have the octopus removed and just the rings in the dish (which has never been a problem anywhere else we have had this request). The waiter smirked and said “not a chance” and multiple times said that he was not being “facetious” about it. This already set the tone negatively. It took us over an hour to get our food. It seems that our order was forgotten, but the waiter played it off as if the kitchen was too backed up. The pastas were extremely bland but that isn’t even the issue here- we found a large black hair in the salmon pasta we ordered. After seeing this, no one in our party was able to eat our food. We all felt sick to our stomachs and instantly asked for the check and left. From the get go the waiter was extremely rude and the cherry on top was the large black hair we found. We felt extremely unwelcome here. The hostility of the waiter and the manager was unsettling. We will not be coming back. The busboy was nice though…..

I used Millrock to cater my rehearsal dinner for my wedding and would make that choice over and over again. First, the food was absolutely phenomenal!! I am from the tristate area and being that most of the rehearsal dinner guests were from northern NJ and NYC area, we all have high expectations for Italian food. Millrock blew our expectations out of the water and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was! Aside from the food, the second best part of Millrock is their staff. I worked with Eddie to create a custom catering menu and he was so easy to work with. He always answered all of my questions promptly and had no problem in changing the final menu multiple times (he dealt with a bride with true grace). I can’t thank Millrock enough for their impeccable service/food & I am excited to eat at the restaurant in person when I am up in the Windham area next!

The entire process was so smooth, and everybody was so helpful and kind from start to finish. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and my guests were raving about it for the rest of the weekend. I would absolutely recommend Millrock for any catering needs or just for a nice dinner spot while in Windham. My husband and I will definitely plan to return to this restaurant when we visit Windham next time!!

This is a pretty solid Italian American restaurant and seemed the most enticing of the nearby options for us. We visited shortly after opening and were promptly seated. All the people working here were very polite and friendly and the service was great. We had the fried calamari, shrimp scampi, and a veggie pizza. While none of the dishes were mind blowing, they were all pretty tasty and left us full. I appreciate that there’s plenty of seafood and vegetarian options. The prices are a bit on the high side but seem to be the norm in the area.

We recently held a rehearsal dinner the night before my son and his fiance's wedding. Everything was wonderful - the food, the service, everything!! From the moment we were greeted by Justine, we felt welcome and taken care of. The long table was all ready for us and looked so pretty. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, in planning the event. He was flexible with all the arrangements, and offered so many choices that fit our mixed crowd - vegetarians, vegans, and meat-eaters - of 20 people. Personally, I loved the arugula salad, eggplant parm, bountiful pizza, and the Italian cookies best of all! Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner (the portions are more than generous!) and had a great time. I highly recommend Millrock Restaurant in Windham for a special event, or just for dinner/drinks.
Vegetarian options: there is enough there that vegetarians could find to eat - pizza, pasta, salads - and they are all good.
Kid-friendliness: We had two kids in our party, who are big pizza-eaters. When we asked for one more pizza, they gladly brought it to our table quickly.
We had my sons engagement celebration here. The food and service was phenomenal. We like to thank Eddie and Justine for helping us put it all together. Highly recommend, the food is so good, staffing is very attentive and helpful. And after the dinner we went outside and enjoyed the Garden area and entertainment and some martinis and little dancing on a beautiful night . Thank you again for a great celebration. Highly recommend for a date night, friends dinner/cocktails or special celebration
We have been coming here for years. It is by far the best restaurant in Windham, with reliably good food, warm friendly service and a cute interior. The back bar is a hidden gem too. Keep up the great work!

I heard very good things about this place, so I was looking forward to dinner, however once I was there I was a bit disappointed. We got there at about 6:30 and didn't get served out food until just about 8, however to play devil's advocate they don't accept reservations in the back room and it was a weekend night. However, I ordered the sage chicken, which stated I was to get a sauteed chicken breast with wild mushrooms and sage, mixed vegetables and potatoes. What I received was two breaded, but soggy and dry at the same time, chicken TENDERS that were about the size of a golf ball, a few small pieces of broccoli, and a tiny handful of soggy potatoes. I had no mushroom and what consisted of sage was two soggy little sprigs on top of my unseasoned chicken. No mushrooms. It did not look appetizing, however I was hungry and wanted to give it a chance. It was okay, there really wasn't any taste to it. The best part of the dish was actually the steamed broccoli, however you only had like 3 small pieces. There was a sauce which I believe had all of the little flavor that was there, however it was so watery it didn't really soak into any of the food. I don't really believe that what I ordered was worth $27. Ambiance was nice, staff was okay, and drinks were good. Not worth it for dinner though.

Best pizza in Greene County. Chocolate cake was amazing, so fresh and wonderfully moist. A Lavazza cappacino to top it all off. The bartender Kristin makes a very good Margarita and is super nice. The owners are also great hosts, really makes everyone feel welcome.
