The food was great and the staff was very friendly. My steak was cook to perfection. They handled the social distancing well and took my temp before they seated us. Overall a great experience and wonderful place for a meal.

Michael and StaceyWe ordered out dinner this evening for the first time. It was delicious both the filet mignon and the zuppe de pesce. I think back pre-pandemic and recall a delicious in - house dinner as well. So, either dining in or ordering out, our palates have been satisfied by fresh, quality surf and turf. We shall be back sooner the next time.

Awful! The steaks are broiled and they are overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. For the price they should be perfect! They have no kids menu and charge 20 dollars for buttered noodles for my 6 year old, never again!!

Large selection of appetizers and entrees to keep your entire dining group smiling or if you’re like me try them all. One of the best restaurants around you’ll be glad you visited them.

We visited Windham for a few days and had dinner at the Prime Steakhouse. We were told there was a 20 minute wait time and they would text us once a table became available. We received a call about 30 minutes later. Upon arrival, our temperature was taken and we were directed to a table in the corner of the restaurant. This seemed to be a bad idea since it was out of sight from the rest of the main tables. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes before a waiter/waitress asked us if we wanted sparkling or tap water. A waitress later arrived and told us that someone will assist us momentarily. A stocky, bearded and unfriendly waiter arrived at our table and rushed through the specials of the day. We waited another 45-50 minutes before the appetizer and main course arrived. We were extremely disappointed with our orders. We attempted to contact the manager at the restaurant for several days to informed him or her about our experience and after several rings the call goes to a recorded message. If you are from out of town, stay away from this restaurant. We regret visiting this establishment. There is absolutely nothing special or wonderful about this restaurant.

Went here after the place we were originally going to had a very limited menu due to covid. Was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Everything from their crusty hot rolls, salad, appetizer (mozzarella sticks), main course (seafood platter & chicken Marsala both with mashed & creamed spinach) to dessert (cheesecake with raspberry sauce and whipped cream) and cocktails were all very good as was the service. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
We had a awesome dinner at Prime. Stacey our server was wonderful from the moment we walked in. We got a great table and a great meal. The steak sandwich and scallops are delicious as well as the homemade potato skins. We will be back.

I’ve been coming to prime for years, the food is tasty and the portions are huge. However, I find it deserving of the two stars due to the awful woman who greets you at the front door. I believe her name is Jess. Her attitude is far from pleasant. I also work in the restaurant industry, and if I was ever as rude to a customer as she was to me I can assure you I would be fired right away. You really should reconsider who you have at the face of your restaurant. If every other restaurant on the strip wasn’t fully booked, I would have immediately gone elsewhere. We will not be returning, at least for quite some time.
