My recent visit to McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, left me with mixed feelings. While the food was acceptable, the service fell short of expectations, resulting in a less-than-satisfactory dining experience.Upon entering, we encountered slow service, which was further compounded by an unfortunate mix-up where our food was mistakenly handed to another customer. It was evident that the staff member responsible for the error was eager to go on break and appeared hurried in their actions, neglecting attention to detail.To make matters worse, we had to inquire about our drinks after standing in line again, highlighting a lack of attentiveness from the staff. The option to order food at the kiosk was appreciated for its efficiency, but the overall experience lacked the personal touch and warmth one would expect.While the food at McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, met basic standards, the service shortcomings and lack of personal interaction detracted from the overall dining experience. Two out of five stars would be a fair assessment given the mixed quality of service.

We got really great service and had supper and dessert for a great price. We have recently been in two other McD's and Wolcott is better in all areas mentioned above. They have greatly improved and work hard in all of these areas. We enjoy eating there.

Now I get the drive thru maybe priority so in more ways than one it's fast because there is never anyone at the counter and they are busy doing grubhub and app orders to focus on walk-ins. Food is so so and no that they block the view to the kitchen you can't see if it is clean or

Asked for burger, no cheese -they put cheese on it. Asked for 6 sugars in my hot tea -got none. Not the first time. If the staff can't listen or follow through instructions why bother.

Everything here is very hit or miss - mostly miss the past few times. I'm local and go often because its convienent but damn....Fries can be fresh or looks like been sitting their few days. Nuggets can be fresh or hard as a rock. You can get waited on in a few mins or 20 minutes (or longer lmfao). Today, I went to get breakfast first thing before work and waited for them to open just to tell me grills closed because they dont have staff...yet their doors are open for service! I'm hungry and trying to give you my money! I just drove off and will find something else. Not a good start to my morning :/
