I was having a wonderful Mother's Day with my wife and kids until I decided to give this pizzeria a chance. I'm a strong believer in customer service, and based on my experience tonight, they definitely lack it.

First, I asked for cups with ice, but they were never provided. When the pizza was finally served, one of the servers placed it on the table without saying a word. I asked the owner if they had plates, and he brought me six pizza pans with a bit of an attitude, in my opinion.

It felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. When I asked for to-go boxes, the same rude server tossed them on our table without saying anything and walked away. I will admit that I didn’t leave a tip initially because of the attitudes of the owner and his daughter. However, after some thought, I realized that it wasn’t my server's fault she had a boss who doesn’t seem passionate about his work.

When I asked the owner if they could reprint the receipt so I could give the server her tip, he responded with an attitude again. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this pizzeria in the future.

Do NOT waste your money at AlMalfi Pizzeria unless you enjoy eating a literal oil slick. Their pizza isn’t food—it’s a crime against Italian cuisine. The moment I opened the box and the 1st bite, I was hit with a wave of grease so thick I could practically hear my arteries clogging. The cheese was swimming in a pool of orange sludge, and the crust was so soaked in oil that it disintegrated in my hands.
Whoever is running this place should be ashamed. This isn’t pizza—it’s a heart attack on a cardboard tray. Even the toppings were drowning in grease, making every bite feel like chewing on a dirty dishrag. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my worst enemy.
Save yourself the nausea and go literally anywhere else. The whole pie went straight in the trash normally the bears would ravish my garbage in search for food...it was untouched the following day, even they didn't want it!

Get ready to hear this. I’ve worked in the Woodbury Commons for 6 years and always ordered from Amalfi’s when getting pizza for my team. I just recently changed jobs and when I ordered from them today, they delivered to my last job. I got a call from my old job thanking me for the three pizza pies that they received and ate (: I called back Amalfi’s and told them that they delivered the pizzas to the wrong address. They must have the address to my old job saved on file but I specifically told them which store to deliver the pizzas to, along with a description of which stores reside next to mine, and a full address. They offered to send the driver to my old job to retrieve the pizzas and deliver to us. I can’t believe that I had to explain to these morons that this is considered a health violation due to cross contamination. Maybe its worth giving the health department a call if this is their protocol for delivery errors. When you pay $85 for pizza with the tip included, you expect hot food delivered with urgency. I paid in advance with my card. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and they even tried to charge my team upon delivery for a meal that they were supposed to get 2 hours prior. Attempting to charge us after I paid for a meal that was never delivered to us was dirty work. This place is severely lacking due to the idiots who work here. Time to take my business elsewhere.

The Soprano pizza is amazing, Erika and the staff are very friendly and food was ready super quick. Highly recommend!

I was in the middle of paying for my pizza and the 16 yr old cashier’s received a text so she decided to check it and a write lengthy respond with a smirk and blushing before she took my money. ??‍♀️

I am so done with this place! We have ordered via slice many times and while the flavors are good the food is so inconsistent as are the portion sizes. The last straw is that I ordered a large calzone (they have small, medium and large) with extra sauce which I paid for. $29 for a plain cheese calzone served on a standard paper plate. Typically a large would arrive in a pizza box and feed several people. If this is a large, then the small must be the size of an English muffin. The solution they offered was to send a driver to pick it up and give me a refund. So after waiting an hour now I have no dinner? No thanks. I’ll eat your tiny calzone and never give you my business again. What a shame.

Love the food, for what it is. Small pizza shop…decent service, but the constant occurrence is that you guys keep giving BALSAMIC VINEGAR INSTEAD OF A VINAIGRETTE/SALAD DRESSING! It’s so disappointing! I’m running around all day…I order my favorite salad, the Italian Chicken Salad…SUCH A GREAT SALAD! But you’re killing me smalls!!! I’M NEVER SERVED A SALAD DRESSING…ONLY STRAIGHT VINEGAR. PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY! I’m a manager at the mall and we’re always ordering food for my employees. NO COMPLAINTS EVER EXCEPT FOR THIS!! I called a couple times to speak to a manager but they’re never there when I call.

I ordered food which was soooo late, I went out to eat. When I returned, there was still no food at my door. WOW! DON'T GET SCAMED BY ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!
