“I love real Thai food. These people are from Thailand so it’s the real deal. My favorite dish is the chicken with cashew nuts or the Thai Basil chicken. Very good food. Friendly staff. Quick service. Oliver is very nice. It’s small so it fills up quickly at 6pm. But they have outdoor seating also.

“This is the best sushi in long island. The quality of the fish is superior, the presentation is flawless and the taste is incredible. The sushi for 2 is consistent every time, the flavors are unbelievably good. They pair each piece of fish with a sauce that will bring out an entire experience. They prepare the Uni (sea urchin) perfectly. It's a treat to be here. Thank you!”

A confused look I’m sure, prompted the owners to explain the business model.

“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!”

“A very busy place on Saturday evening. Our reservation was honored and our table was waiting for us. They have an extensive menu with a large variety of large portion meals. We brought leftovers home. And we had no room for dessert after appetizers were shared before the main plates. The pork chop was large! A little light on vegetarian dishes. The person taking my order offered a wealth of information as I am new to this VEGAN thing. She she displayed ***** 's in customer service and very friendly. Her crafty C/S skills secures a return visit from visitors. I dined in for breakfast, chosing the steel cut oats with fruits. It was pretty goodand cooked to perfection. It could have been a tad bit warmer, only because I like mine oatmeal warm to hot.
They also have wellness shots and juices. This has become my go to for vegan dishes?❤️❤️❤️

The lady (might be the mom) was very attentive to all of the customers, she came by our table almost every 5 minutes asking us if we needed anything at all. The free salsa was pretty good. I would def come back when I’m in the area. We ordered a lot of tacos. The carnitas was OK but the spicy pork, al pastor and the sausage tacos was really good. Good food for a very decent price!!!”
