I live somewhere where vegan anything is impossible to come by, so I went crazy and just about got one of everything! My favorite was the lemon poppyseed glazed donut. It was chewy, fluffy, and possibly the most satisfying vegan donut I've ever had. I would quite honestly plan another vacation to NY around the promise of getting more of these donuts. This place smells incredible as soon as you open the doors, and oh how hard it is to pick anything from the display. Everything looked amazing. I ended up getting apple pie, carrot cake and orange creamsicle (pie or cheesecake). My family loved it, and everything was delicious, especially the carrot cake. Cannot wait to go back.“

“We recently ordered lunch from The Beacon Daily for a group of 20 people attending a special event weekend at Glynwood in Cold Spring, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Chris, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care. Without hesitation, Chris personally stepped in, took ownership of the order, and even delivered it himself all the way to Glynwood's Perkins House. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly remarkable. He thoughtfully provided compostable plates, napkins, and flatware and made sure every aspect of the order was handled flawlessly. The creative slices are filling, tasty, and the people here care about their end product.
