“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!“

“Every time I visit the farm is always a pleasant experience. Today I got a lobster roll and pesto pasta it was delicious. I have gotten their carrot cake, apple cider donuts , apple crisp and cookies that I would highly recommend trying . It is a small farm comparing to other farms i visited but for a quick bite and a quick stroll this is it . They also have a small gift store upstairs that I have bought gift from during the holidays .“

Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care. Without hesitation, Chris personally stepped in, took ownership of the order, and even delivered it himself all the way to Glynwood's Perkins House. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly remarkable. If you're wondering if you can freeze bread, yes, yes you can. I grabbed a few and so did my friends and we all agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. Agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. I am in Philly and they live in South Jersey. If you're in the area, go here, this is a must, grab a bagel or a dozen (I kind of wish I bought more lol).
My go-to is always everything bagel however, I saw an onion pumpernickel, wow just wow is all I can say.“
