My favorite brewery, I hope you celebrate another 5 years!
Unique brewery right in Monroe and the owner Dave is super cool. I was pleasantly surprised to see they make their own seltzers, alcohol that is, and they are delicious!!! Next visit I will be joining their club, I forgot the details (see pic in comments) but you get complimentary drinks, discounts, etc. well worth it.
It was my first time going to Apex Brewery, and the beers are amazing. It's a nice crowd of local people who are amazing and friendly. It's Bingo night on Thursdays.

Apex Brewery is a welcoming and intimate spot to enjoy a variety of beers, seltzers, and slushies. The friendly owners and staff provide a great atmosphere, where you can try their tasty locally brewed beers, including Shamblock, Zebra's Always Win, Nautical Miles IPA, and Festbier. They also offer a range of seltzers, customizable with flavors and syrups. The brewery has a quad, dark lager, and imperial stout that are very good.
The homey vibes and personable brewer make it a fun place to visit. They host events like music bingo and trivia, and people have a lot of fun. Different food trucks come regularly, and dogs are welcome. Many travelers from far away say they will definitely be back.
