“Fantastic authentic flavorful food“

“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!“

“First time in Beacon and in desperate need of 1) a tasty beverage and 2) a chill spot (literally and figuratively) to watch the World Cup. Mission accomplished. We’d heard about The Roosevelt and made our way in. We were welcomed right away by Luke, who took care of us with some desperately needed waters and frosty beers. We had a lovely afternoon of footy and lively banter with Luke, who treated us and everyone else in the bar like best buds. We’d planned to leave at the half but the vibes were so strong (in spite of a boring game) that we decided to stay. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.“

“We always enjoy stopping by Black Dirt Bourbon Barn whenever we’re shopping at Woodbury Common. It’s the perfect place to take a break, relax for a bit, and recharge before continuing our shopping.

They have a really nice selection of beers, bourbons, wines, ciders, and creative cocktails, so there’s something for everyone. We especially appreciate the variety of local craft beverages they offer.

One of my favorite things about this place is the snack menu. The charcuterie boards, cheeses, and other small bites are perfect for sharing while enjoying a drink. It’s a great spot to unwind without having to sit down for a full meal.

The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is always friendly, and it’s become one of our favorite little traditions whenever we’re at the outlets. If you’re spending the day shopping, I definitely recommend making a stop here—you won’t regret it! 🍻“

“This is the best restaurant I have been to in a while. Definitely the best in Beacon, by far. Love the atmosphere, and the food was incredible. Some could argue that it's a small menu, but EVERYTHING on it is delicious. The service was phenomenal. So friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough ❤️❤️“

“My wife and I had an amazing brunch. The cocktails were well crafted and tasty. The server was knowledgeable and attentive. My wife had the chicken and waffles. Normally she only has a few bites of the waffles because they are almost an afterthought in conceiving the dish and usually need a lot of butter or syrup. These were so flavorful on their own and paired wonderfully with the crispy chicken. I had the Moroccan scramble which included merguez sausage. The only negative was the online reservation system which seemed to be malfunctioning. We almost missed out on this fabulous meal because it indicated the restaurant had no availability.“

“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! “a much needed meal after going on a rocky and steep hike up beacon mountain. came on a saturday night and they had live music. the menu felt very fall forward with a couple dishes having apples in it. we tried the focaccia (loved), pierogis, crispy potatoes (delicious), biscuit with honey butter (lovely), pork chop (well cooked), angolotti (tasty mushrooms), sea bass, and skewers.“
