The food is always good and I do love coming here. The matzoball soup is one of my favorites. They also have a great wrap it’s like eating Thanksgiving dinner all wrapped up. The knishes are great and just don’t feel as heavy as you expect it to be.My one con was the phone interaction I had. It was Rosh Hashanah and I needed dinner for my family. The closest Ben's location is 23 miles from our home. When I got there, I saw that the line to get into the restaurant was 50 people deep. I patiently waited for an hour and a half to get inside. When I got to the counter, the gentleman who waited on me did a great job expediting my order.
