“I had the general Tsos chicken, it was crunchy, flavorful and well worth the price for the amount given. The staff is also really friendly. The design of the menu and interiors was like the cookie cutter pattern seen in Chinese restaurants all over the island.“

“I got the boneless spare ribs and they tasted great but I got some burnt pieces. The portion was great but I don't think it's worth $15 for the combination platter. I've had other places which serve similar portions for around $10-$12. Would come again.“

“I chose Kung Pao Wok because the Teriyaki place next to them took forever to take my order. The service here was quick and I have no complaints. I ordered Combo A, which came with Orange Chicken, rice, and vegetables. The food was average, but the chicken had a very strong vinegar flavor and the rice was a little undercooked for my liking. Overall, it was okay as I have had better and worse Orange Chicken in the past.“

“Today, on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, I had to kill time between doing chores in the morning and having to go to a meeting in the afternoon. I was hungry for some inexpensive Chinese food, so I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein with fried rice and an egg roll. Weeks earlier I had the large Almond milk tea with extra Tapioca Pearl (extra portion), no sugar and light ice. (I didn't miss the sugar!) This time, with my Shrimp Chow Mein Combination Plate (lunch), I had a large Matcha Milk Tea with extra Tapioca Pearl (extra portion), no sugar and light ice (again, I didn't miss the sugar!)
The lady at the counter was very friendly, offering me a wet paper towel when I spilled hot mustard over my straw hat from Australia, leaving no stain. I like the clean bright ambience. I will return, not only to eat the restaurant, but for takeout, too!
Vegetarian options: The couple who work there listen carefully to special requests. There is a large vegetarian section and many of their offerings can easily be made vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: I am on a plant-based, no sugar and no fat diet, allowing myself occasional seafood and white meat. I felt very safe eating there. I like 75% to 85% vegetables and fruit to fill my plate. I feel this restaurant takes special diets very seriously. I certainly would like to be slim and trim as the couple working there!
Parking: You can park safely behind the restaurant if you are willing to walk a couple of blocks. The same with the street parking.
Kid-friendliness: If you are getting take-out, it is great for the whole family. Because of the light furniture, I would be concerned about the safety of younger children. The restaurant is great for well-behaved older children.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a cane, but I am always on the lookout for eateries that are wheelchair accessible for my friends who are in wheelchairs. All over downtown Beacon, the sidewalks are very narrow and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Beacon is crowded with tourists. My wheelchair using friends like to visit as soon as they open and on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to avoid the tourists. Beacon attracts a mellow crowd who will help you navigate the entrance and the couple who work there are very kind and will help you get out.“

“This is the best Chinese food in the area, in my opinion. It's always fresh and delicious. We don't eat pork and they are very accommodating with substitutions and any changes we request. They are also very kind and the restaurant is clean.“

“By far the best Chinese food ever. I’m 53 years old and i had ate so much Asian food, because it’s my favorite and this place has the best general Tso and chicken wings I had ever eaten. They won a few awards for the best Chinese restaurant in Orange County. The family who owns the place is genuinely kind and friendly. Parking available on the side of the building. Cash only, don’t deliver.“

“Daniel is an amazing server at McKinney Pagoda. I was able to place my order and even sample a couple of items I wasn’t sure about and get my plate within a couple of minutes. The value is great, prices for plates and bowls are similar to the competitors like Panda Express, but the food ? is so much better using P.F. Chang’s recipes. Pagoda is a sub-chain of P.F. Chang’s Asian cuisine, and although the menu is scaled down to cater to students and professional on the go or on a budget, the taste and flavors you come to love about P.F. Chang’s is all there, just in a faster paced restaurant and shorter menu. I will absolutely be back since the nearest P.F. Chang’s is in The Colony Greatscape, and my lunches are only about 30mins- 1hr. this is the perfect blend of quality food at affordable prices with quick service as a bonus.
Parking: Plenty of free parking in font and back of the restaurant which is walking distance to the Cinemark North McKinney.
Kid-friendliness: The are kid-friendly items on the menu for a family dining experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible restaurant and parking, but the double doors to enter are manual not power opening.“

“Great food, never got sick ever. Staff takes orders n its quick! U wait maybe 15minutes max from showing up n ordering. U can call ahead though to order. Prices r good for the portion sizes! I got a pint of house lo mein, wonton soup, and na shrimp egg roll for $13! Can't beat that! Staff nice and U can eat inside! Parking is limited but still good n easy. It is wheel chair accessible. There is no restroom though for public. It's the best Chinese in Newburgh! Plz though bring back pints of hot n sour! They only sell now quarts ugh..many choices on the menu if U want no salt or vegetarian too! They have lunch specials for cheaper also.
Vegetarian options: There are many choices like egg foo Young n you can get steamed vegetables.
Dietary restrictions: U can get low sodium plates/dishes or no salt n there are more then just 2 or 3. They will work w you!
Parking: U can park right in front of the restaurant, there is always room or across the street in a huge parking lot all for free or park on the side street but I wouldn't in Newburgh!
Kid-friendliness: U can dine in but has no child boosters or high chairs. Just adult chairs w metal tables.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get out in parking lot. No lip straight into the restaurant. The door though is not push button but U can wheel in. Also the window is a bit high up but the second opening is wheelchair level so don't worry! Can wheel right up to a table inside.“

“Sick of the same two places in washingtonville, so we decided to try something new. Everything is cooked to perfection. Not super greasy, but perfectly crispy. Our only complaint is that the crab rangoons and fried wontons need a smidge more filling inside, otherwise, they’re amazing. The spare ribs weren’t fatty, good amount of sauce. Still, not greasy, even the fried rice. Very delicious.“

“Been coming here for many many years. I went to college and none of the Chinese was nearly as good. I moved to Hoboken and still it just wasn’t the same. I recently moved back to the area and was so happy to see the restaurant still in business. It was great, as usual! Love the spare ribs.“

“Probably the best Chinese food to order from if you live in the Monroe or Harriman area. The meats are always cooked great. Top of the line Chinese food. Only mediocre item on their menu is the rice. Try the basil beef or Katsu chicken or chicken dumplings with spicy sauce. Great place and delivery.“
“I drive from new city to congers to pick up food from China Garden, that’s how much I love them. Great owners and staff and the food is incredible. I 100 percent recommend China Garden. I’ve tried so many Chinese food places but China Garden is the best. And the prices are very good too. Check them out. Excellent place.“

“We were seated immediately. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was kind but funny. We laughed with her several times. She told us the deal for beers today. And the inside is beautiful. Also reasonably priced for sushi. Only downside was our appetizer came out after our entrees.“

“Atmosphere?? You walk in pay and leave. How do you answer that. Lol the place is really coming together. It's brighter and looks cleaner. The new staff are a joy to deal with unlike the previous woman who worked there. Keep up the good work.
Update February 16, 2024.
They have added seating. The place is bright and cheerful. Full marks in all categories. Nice job GW!“

“Their General Tso's Tofu and Chicken really hits. It is so good. I think what I love more is how they make their sauce. The staff is really friendly and the price is reasonable. Definitely go for their lunch special. Pics added is their current menu as of 11/16/2022.
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options their General Tso's Tofu is yummzzzz.
Parking: It is a big shopping Plaza. Plenty of parking.“
