I ordered lunch from Blowin' Smoke for a celebration in the office. Every single person is ranting and raving about how delicious everything is. Fall off the bone ribs, sweet pulled pork sliders, yummy mac and cheese, huge corn bread pieces, garlic burnt broccoli, delicious beans and crisp fresh salad. We had 45 people and we have extra food for tomorrow's lunch also. Great service prior to our meal and lots of help from the owner ordering what was needed.

Blowin Smoke has been on our list for some time now, and here is the review. For context, we ordered basically one of everything on the menu. Below is the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Highly recommend: The unanimous winners were the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich and the ribs. The sandwich was crispy and juicy in the middle, great flavored sauce, not too spicy. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone and delicious. We would go back for these two in heartbeat.
As far as sides, the cornbread and the s’mores cookies were very good and we were fighting for them by the end.
Good, not great: The pulled pork plate was pretty good. Not super moist, shredded pretty small for my liking, but no complaints. Similarly the wings, although large in size, they were not crispy and almost dry in the middle, which was unexpected.
For sides, the mac and cheese was not bad, not super cheesy or flavorful. Similarly, we would skip the fries next time.
Do not order: When you think of bbq, you think “smoked brisket and pastrami”. Very unfortunately, these were the worst two things we ordered. Completely dry and inedible. The brisket strips would not cut easily even with a knife and the pastrami sandwich, although it looked great, was basically completely thrown out.
Overall, this place has a couple of gems that are worth getting again and again but a few things that just aren’t worth the money.

This was my first time picking up food from Blowin' Smoke BBQ, and I was truly impressed with every dish I ordered. I purchased the ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, fries, and cornbread. Every single item was delicious and fresh. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, non-greasy, and packed with just the right amount of flavor. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, from my initial phone call all the way through pickup. I would highly recommend them as it's hard to find truly great BBQ spots, and this one definitely stands out. I will absolutely be returning!

We ordered the St Louis Ribs, Smoked Crispy Chicken, Corn Bread, Mac & Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Southern Style Coleslaw…The best I’ve ever had!! Go check them out and see all the different varieties of meat they sell in store (Prime Time Butcher) you’ll be pleasantly surprised 😊

The food was excellent. The pastrami was tender and delicious. The baby back ribs were to die for and the smoked chicken was perfect. And don’t forget the sides especially the baked beans and Cole slaw. Definitely my go to BBQ place!!!!
