Our waiter Danny was very attentive & excellent! The eggplant parm dinner was loaded with overcooked pasta & eggplant was nothing special. The pizza was good but the best thing was the cooked garlic & oil! The noise level was terrible and it was a very late lunch and there were 3/4 tables filled with. So at night with a packed house you wouldn't be able to talk or hear a conversation

Food is always good . I had the lentil vegetarian lunch . It was very crowded for a Wednesday afternoon. A lot of groups due to the holiday season.

I have eaten at Butera's before, but it has been a while. We ordered some appetizers and they were unreal. They included maybe the tastiest shrimp app I think I've ever eaten, limoncello shrimp, and a Thai calamari that was out of this world. We all said we could have ordered another round of appetizers and been good! But we ordered entrees that were all delicious. Our service was excellent, and the food came so quickly after we put in our orders. Excellent choice for a dinner spot!

This is a neighborhood gem! Went for a late lunch and had a very nice meal with large portions and a great waiter. The restaurant is pretty and the food is very good. I highly recommend.

We came for my son's 14th bday. I had gift cards and wanted to try. We were seated right away and the waiter came right away to get our drink order. The table next to us sat down about 10 min after us. There were 3 of them and 4 of us. They were Served their food rather quickly. We waited close to an hour before ours came out. With that, my husband and son both had chicken parm.. they said it tasted good but the cutlets were super thick. I had the pistachio crusted salmon. There was barely a pistachio to be seen. My fish portion was small and totally overcooked. My other son got linguine with seafood and sauce. It could have used more sauce . I was not impressed with our meal and found it to be extremely expensive . I'm glad I had gift cards. Will likely not return.

It was a wonderful dining experience. Wide variety of Italian food choices including deliciously prepared Old World style or modernized versions. Appetizer pizzas, fall shrimp and risotto, lasagna and steak all fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff made it all more delightful! Can't wait to come back.

The food was GREAT and the service was incredible. Caught up with friends and the patience of our server was more than we could have asked for! It was the perfect meeting point between Nassau and Suffolk county too! Highly recommended.
