I used to love chipotle, but my experience here has completely changed my perspective. The staff was unhelpful and didn't even pay attention to my bowl. I only received a small amount of chicken and beans, as if I owed them money. I tried to sit down and eat my bowl, but I came to find out that the rice was hard and the bowl had no flavor completely lost taste , which absolutely shattered my mood, and the food was tossed away... never coming back again.

Garbage…, half the time doesn’t have what you want, workers give you attitude 80% of the time and just aren't helpful, waste of time and money and the food isn’t worth the attitude and wait

The cook on the chicken was a bit too charred for my liking, but overall, it's just your typical Chipotle.

First time to try Mexican food but it was strange for me I didn’t understand it. It was cold similar to a salad. I can’t say it was not good but can be a snack not a meal. Prices reasonable

I love Chipotle but this one is the absolute worst. The employees never seem happy, the food does not taste good or fresh, and they always have an attitude that I need to order one extra meal for my husband who isn’t with me. Oh & it’s really frustrating that you can’t place an order online ahead of time at this location.

I don’t know what to say. I’d never had chipotle before & I don’t want it again.
This store had ran out of drinks & only had water. The staff were not the happiest.
I’d give the food a 5/10
The sauces were SUPER HOT!!! Be careful!!

Gave me the smallest bowl i’ve ever seen. I had 10 pieces of chicken in it. Line took forever too.

Horrible service only three people in front of me, but took 20 minutes to make my order then when I paid with cash she goes I don’t have change so she took my money handed me a receipt and my bag and told me to go on my way will never be eating there again. Us useless. Idiots working there.

Very popular spot among visitors, long lines during lunch hours. But the staff were putting their best effort to get the orders out of the way. All ingredients were available when I was ordering. They were all fresh. Loved the big slices of onions and peppers. Rice was fluffy. They put a good quantity in the bowl. Checkout was quick and easy, got to scan my membership in the process too.

The inconsistency of the portions really show, but this place is on the good side of the spectrum. here you will have to ask for extra and man, they give you very much extra

Food and service were beyond exemplemary, best I've seen. However I can feel the sauna that's back there! I asked why and they said their AC Is broken, how are you going to let your workers die all day with no AC?
