It was a very busy day due to it being Labor Day weekend at all and all the workers did absolutely amazing. They were so sweet. They made my food perfect and were very patient even though that I saw some of the customers being quite rude. Just wanting to say thank you to everyone who worked on 8/31/2025 at around 5pm.

Terrible customer service and gives you attitude even when it’s their mistake on messing up your orders. Please do better.

It may not seem like a big deal, but do better. The workers there are disrespectful, acting as if it's a hub to hang out at. The rice was stale, portions were small, and the pacing was terrible. I understand how busy it can get, but this Chipotle was just terrible and lacking a sense of service. I usually do not write reviews, but seeing people having similar experiences inspired me to write one of my own because there is a serious management problem there.

Poor customer service. Food is stale. A lot of food entries were gone and not restocked. Have had better services at even busier locations. Really disappointed.
They left one guy upfront by himself to make food and cash out. No one noticed he needed help till he asked for it to wrap my burrito then the help walked away leaving this poor kid to struggle he asked for help again but no one seemed to hear him. He had five orders lined up but no one to check us out. Everyone was to busy at the pick up window. And then I get home and my chips are stale as week old bread. Do better. Don’t leave your people hanging.

Chipotle has always been my favorite when it comes to quick, healthy food. Beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, onions — what’s not to like? It’s my go-to spot when I want something fresh and filling without much wait. But my experience at the Chipotle outlet in the Woodbury Premium Outlets food court was a total disaster. First off, by 5:24 PM, they were already out of white rice, black beans, and salsa — the core ingredients that literally define a Chipotle bowl! What’s worse, there was no notice or signage at the start of the line. I waited nearly 30 minutes only to find out at the counter that most of the things I like in my bowl, weren’t even available. On top of that, the chicken portion was noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received at other locations. When I politely pointed it out, the staff added just a tiny spoon more and slapped an "Extra Chicken" tag on my bowl — I had to ask them to remove it because even with that, it was still nowhere near the standard serving. To make matters worse, the rice wasn’t even cooked properly — hard and underdone. The bowl was so disappointing that I ended up throwing half of it away (I even have a video of it). Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and appetite. Makes me seriously reconsider visiting any Chipotle inside a food court. This experience was the opposite of what Chipotle usually stands for.

9 people in line, waited 16 minutes only to get overcooked rice and grilled chicken extremely salty. Poor management.

I go here all the time on my lunch break at work really nice staff and i never had a problem with the food once. I go so often they’ve given me free meals many times like today so its refreshing to know they treat their regulars well and also never skimp out on portions.

This chipotle at the woodbury commons needs serious attention from the owners and the managers. I work at the Woodbury commons and I go to chipotle everyday and every time I have bad experience, starting with the employees not being friendly, they are rude. They’re definitely not being trained well enough with customer service. Second is some of the employees would not give full scoops of rice or protein, only half and when I ask for more they say they charge for more. Third is a more serious one, they would keep customers waiting on line, I’m talking about long times and just talk to each other about their own stuff, very unprofessional. Please fix it Chipotle.

Conveniently located with woodburry premium outlets.. located within the food court lots of table to sit and eat was kind of crowded when we went and it took some time for us to get the food. Tough to get a table in peak hours . Service was slow !
The food was very average . Guacamole was not fresh. Rice and bowl was good, but the veggies weren’t that good . It’s actually not the same taste that you get in real chipotle outlets very slow service . It was a very average experience three stars.. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
