Obviously the business was sold. Not as good as it used to be.

When I paid 11.99 for a sandwhich and side, I didn't expect my chicken on my sandwhich to be so dried out that it looked like bacon. I had to chew off/pick off the dried pieces so I could actually salvage my sandwich. The pickle that came with it was very sour, not like a regular pickle spear or slice. It tasted sour like warheads, like vomit. I spit it out immediately. And the sandwhich is loaded with mayo and still dry. I also asked for potato salad and got macaroni salad, which isn't a huge deal, but it was like adding insult to injury.
My mom loves this place, and we always get our bagels here when driving up to Long Island, but I probably won't be ordering any food from here anymore. ? The workers are nice, they get the job done, but it is a bit chaotic when ordering. The atmosphere isn't anything special, hence the 3 stars. Sorry

I'm sorry, I know all restaurants have raised their prices across the board. I went to Dugans recently. One roast beef sandwich on a roll with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, salt & pepper, a bottle of iced tea, a small coffee and 2 packs of Lindens cookies. $24 and change. Next time I go to Dugans sandwich shop, I'm going to request an itemized bill.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. $17 for a chicken caesar wrap with ONE additional topping (jalapenos, notoriously one of the most expensive vegetables at your local grocery store), no drink, no chips, just sandwich alone. FYI they also upcharge you for using a card instead of cash. Food is good - but this shouldn't have been more than $10-$12.

Disappointing. I used to go here years ago when I worked in the area. Now it's expensive and just average.

This is the best breakfast and lunch place in Syosset. The food is delicious (bacon, egg and cheese for breakfast and Philly cheese steak and the best chicken salad sandwich for lunch). Plus the atmosphere is so sunny and nice. Love this place

Stay away!!! Extremely overpriced and rude staff. You'll be lucky if your order is correct. (For example, one time i ordered a sandwhich on a hero. When picking up, I decided to open the bag to double check and noticed they gave me the sandwhich on a small roll but yet charged me the Hero price. When i inquired, the cook came out from kitchen and scolded me saying they had no hero's left and that I should take it as is. One of the most rude workers i've ever seen.
