Breakfast sandwiches have become awful !

Love the people behind counter. Beat lunch place in the area. Go almost everyday!!! Never disappointed

I ordered online for pickup and it took 4 times what the pick-up time promised. My lunch break was not longer and I could not wait that long and had to go back. They told me I could get my refund online. My card was charged and I got no food. I've tried to contact them serval different times, different ways with no response.Not a quick stop in weather you order on line or not!

Orders are always late.I placed my order 1 hr earlier during lunch break and they took 20 mins extra.During lunch break and office timings, its a lot.

Food is very good but my order is always wrong / missing items. Very frustrating.

Stopped by after a nearby doctors appt before a long ride back. This place is a legit sandwich+ spot. They have everything. Even a decent collection of Doc Browns sodas. They prob don’t need any reviews because its in the basement of the Arizona Iced Tea building but im telling you this place is great.

Quality of food bad ex: sour cream cheese, frostbite gelatos thawed out muffins. Especially for the price. I have giving it more than one try mainly because of convenience but I can't no more. On top of all that the customer service always messes up on the orders. I'm sorry I can't drive myself to go there anymore unless for maybe a drink. In hopes if the owners are reading this. Please work on the quality of food or ensure inventory of freshness and customer service listens and takes orders correctly. Thank you
