The shrimp special that we had was excellent and should be on the regular menu - it was that good. The waiter was very pleasant but seems to need a little more training.
There was miscommunication with my waiter about my order being GF.. it was rectified. Our food was tasty. We will be coming back.
Food was delicious as usual. Bronzino and grilled octopus salad terrific. Dennis was an excellent server.
Repeat customer with another great experience. As usual hummus is a must starter. Super fresh and properly seasoned. Lamb chops are delicious but don't overlook the kofte kebabs. Absolutely amazing. Mette and the rest of the staff were very hospitable and attentive.

We ate outside as it was a perfect night. Inside was noisier and chilly. Even though you're next to a parking lot, it was preferable. Service was excellent. I thought the drinks were expensive. Normally have a white Sangria which is typically $16 but here $18. Food was expensive but excellent.
This restaurant has attentive and courteous staff and service was fast. Appetizers and main entree were all delicious. We will no doubt come back again.
Wonderful Mediterranean cuisine, Turkish-based. Enjoyed immensely. Nice alternative to the Steak, Italian, and Sushi fare that dominates L.I. Staff was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make your dining experience most enjoyable.
Never disappoints. Had sea bass cooked in parchment paper and lamb chops. Octopus salad so tender. Dessert of Turkish flan was amazing and a first time for us.
Food was mediocre at best. Vegetables were from a can and everything was BLAND!! Had to ask for salt and pepper.

Don't get me wrong. Overall AIK...tables were jammed in and very noisy. Service could have been better. Food nice.
It seemed that we had a new waiter that was getting the hang of things which was fine. The food stood out the most. My swordfish kebob was very well marinated and cooked.
