One of the friendliest places I have been too. I am a vegetarian and they took time to explain what was vegetarian. The service is surpassed only by the food. Mogu’s food is fresh and delicious and the menu has a variety of options for everybody’s taste. I often use Mogu for catering and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. If I am looking for a sure thing when catering for my clients I always call John the catering manager. Mogu never disappoints!Vegetarian options: I absolutely love Catering from Mogu! John, the catering manager, always accommodates my clients. I have a strictly vegan client who absolutely loves the spread he puts together. All the dishes are delicious and the sauces are amazing. The service is timely, the prices are great, and the Customer Service is second to none!

I ordered vegetable egg rolls and didn't receive duck sauce with the order. Not really sure how you forget to put that in the bag. Nobody wants to correct it in a way that allows me to enjoy my purchase in a timely manner. I was offered a $2 discount on my next order. I live 15 min away from the place and really don't want to drive there just to get duck sauce. It is a waste of my time. The manager did offer to drop off the sauce when he gets off of work at midnight. But, really there should be a customer-friendly solution. I don't think that I will be ordering from the restaurant again.

This place takes customer service to a whole new level .. placed an order through uber and I waited an hour and a half no driver was every assigned so I called the restaurant and not only did they remake it but delivered it themselves when they didn’t even have to .. Thanks so much for all who made it happen . From the initial phone call all the way to my driveway . I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you again.And food is always fresh and delicious

From the packaging and reviewing the place, the place seems very nice and sanitary.I got the emperor chicken for uber eats and everything was nice.Sauce on the chicken is good and has good portion.Just one thing is that the chicken tastes like it was made from defrosted chicken nuggets. I don't know if it's over cooked but the coating is thick and a bit soggy and the meat just doesn't taste like fresh chicken. It tastes like chicken nuggets which disappointed me a little bit.But overall, it wasn't too bad and maybe I'll try a different menu next time!

Really great healthier option of American Chinese food. Location was very clean. Service was top notch. Flavor was not lacking. Highlights were the Steak King Rolls, BBQ Spare Ribs, Singapore Mei Fun and Sweet Fire Wings. The kids favorite were the Popcorn Wontons. Fun play on the traditional wontons. Will definitely be back soon.

I thought they were great. The food is healthier than regular Chinese food. I got the meals to go for my family for lunch. I got Emperor Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, fried rice and brown rice. Pork egg rolls, veg egg rolls, two orders of air fried veg dumplings, shrimp hi mein, and a king chicken egg roll. There was a lot of meat and mushrooms in the chicken egg roll. The sauces were all delicious. I like how everything was a little elevated. The two chicken dishes weren't deep fried but rather air fried, so they didn't have that thick crust, so they were just nice, tender and juicy bites. I will definitely order here again. I wish they had shrimp egg foo young. It's a fave elsewhere that could benefit from their elevation. We were all happy with the two and three meals this will make for our family of 4 adults.
