Super bad..the workers got our food mixed up. We didnt even order much and it took forever to get our food just for them to get it wrong. When we tried to call for the worker outside the window by gently tapping on it, this female worker just gave a glance and didnt come?? My mom had to get out of the freakin car and finally the worker came. She even had the audacity to just stand and look at us as if she didnt do anything wrong. I dont recommend this place. I strongly advise to visit some other mcdonalds if you want good service unlike here. 1/10.

Horrible experience staff didn’t come to the front to acknowledge customer for at least 15-20 min staff also was clueless in how to scan the QR code on the mobile app I wanted to get lunch for my kids which because of incompetence that didn’t happen I will never come back

This McD store is in the food court of the Woodbury Commons. It is a take out place, but there are plenty of sitting area available right in front of the store. The menu has all the popular McD items including the happy meal.
We came here in the evening to get some dinner. There was no line, so got to put our order for happy meal and couple of sandwiches right away. The order was ready within few minutes, no surprise! All items were packed correctly. The nuggets, chicken snap wrap, mccrispy and fries, all had the usual McD taste and quality. Soda had good fizz. Overall I was satisfied with the dinner, both the food and service as was good as it can be for a McD.

My family, auntie, and I have been to this place and that this place is located in the food court at this location and that all of us ordered hamburger, cheeseburger, fish sandwich, French fries and others. The food was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that there were lots of people there because it was lunch time.

Hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The food here is on another level – unbelievably fresh, and the beef actually tastes like proper beef, not the artificial frozen kind you usually expect. Every time we travel to the U.S. and visit Woodbury Outlets, we make it a point to stop at this McDonald’s, and each time we’re blown away all over again by how delicious and fresh everything is.
The customer service is also fantastic – very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Honestly, nothing compares to this location. I’m originally from Australia, and the McDonald’s back home is rubbish compared to this. I’ll never forget the quality and experience here – absolutely love it!
