BUYER BEWARE!
Just bought a $325.00 box containing their premade dinners and that will be the last time I order from Omaha Steaks again! 1st issue - the Salt content is extremely high and the brisket meal was by far the worst which had me sick for a good 24hrs. Did not realize there’s an illness called hypernatremia until after I felt sick from there food!
2nd issue - most cook times say 50-60 mins on the box, but the centers were still frozen solid after that time. However, the actually cook time was more like 90-120+ mins. ( I have a gas stove that heats up and cooks fast)!
3rd issue- in these premade meals the instructions call for the cardboard dishes to be covered with foil. Tell me why Omaha steaks would put a plastic film around the carton for microplastics to seep into the foods people are consuming. The plastic melts to the foil on every single dish!
If you unaware about the safety of heating plastic and consuming it you should look up the dangers of what it does to the brain..
Omaha Steaks wants to claim “100% Customer Satisfaction” but I don’t think they understand what 100% satisfaction means. Plus they have not responded to any of my complaints about the 325.00 box I purchased from them.
I think the health department, FDA, USDA-FSIS should be investigating this matter before someone gets seriously sick or worse.

I received a promotion for 2 free filets in the mail for the new store in Woodbury NY. I promptly went down to check it out. I was told “we don’t have that” with a serious attitude. I would have checked out the store without the bait of the promotion. I will not be back.
Customer service was very good, Brian was very helpful with getting us exactly what we wanted.
Will definitely make a return trip in the near future.
Just want to let you know try to order steaks from something you have on the internet! Unfortunately I put in all my information and it will not allow me to place the order. Very upset about this and I certainly hope that this was not a scam post love your product though they truly are the best steaks around
I love their food. It's not a big place and some of the products in the catalogs are not available in the store. Good for picking up a few things like burgers or steaks. Tried a few of the meals. The orange chicken was ok. Not a fan of the jambalaya. I had to add some seasoning. Not very spicy either.
The apple tarts were better than the berry tarts. The hot dogs are very filling and delicious. If you love steak they got plenty and their good.

Very disappointed with the way Omaha Steak services handled my order this Christmas.
I placed my order on 12/18 with an expected delivery date of 12/23, just in time for Christmas. Next day, got another email saying delivery is now 12/24. However the tracking shows two shipments - one arriving 12/24, the other 12/27 (now updated to 12/30). Spoke with customer service who said the main order will arrive by 12/24 but the extras will arrive after Christmas. This was unfortunate bc I was lacking portions for a third of my guests.
We’ve always had a great experience from Omaha Steaks so this last minute update was very disappointing. Unsure if we will be using this for the holiday season next year.
They were great. They shipped the food promptly before Christmas. Food was fresh . I highly recommend Omaha steaks. They also have hams turkeys bison lamb roasts. Check them out you will be satisfied.
I tried for the first time Pot Roast fully cooked .
I want to say, BEST pot roast I ever had. Highly recommend.

First time visit to select items as a "corporate gift". Very helpful staff. The recipients were very pleased. Item packaging was also very convenient. PS - I do not eat red meat.
We arrived at this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The crew were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was tasty. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.
