Service is slow but food is delicious after a long day of shopping!! We tried a bunch of things off the menu and loved every item. The stand out for my was the eggplant parm. It was so rich and flavorful.

Food was really delicious, the staff was very professional yet friendly, there wasn’t much wait time for a Sunday evening, just that it took them very long to prepare our food, but not a big deal.

Worth giving it a try.

Stopped by Parm in Woodbury for lunch and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the space has that perfect cozy feel that makes it an easy favorite.

Thank you to the manager for being so welcoming and to Jorge for the amazing service. It’s the perfect spot to grab a chic, relaxing lunch when you’re out shopping.

Everything was sooooo good! Meatballs were amazing! The garlic bread was so toasty and yummy and comes with sides of sauce and ricotta. Chicken parm was perfect. The breading was actually tasty. I feel like most place I end up scraping it off. There was also cheese over every bite of chicken. The garlic broccoli was also really yummy and it was a big portion. Also the staff were so kind and the restaurant is so cute.

My friend and I stopped by for happy hour after shopping. After taking 2 sips her drink spilled. The bartender cleaned it up and walked away. Needless to say we asked for the bill, paid the $22.71, left 0 tip and walked out. COURTESY MATTERS! Definitely will not go back.

NO - JUST NO.
The place was empty when 4 of us walked in after shopping for a few hours. A man barely greeted us and brought us to a table. Two of us could sit on the booth side and the other two on uncomfortable round seat wooden chairs. We politely asked for a slightly larger booth behind us and were told no. The host told us very large crowds and families are seated daily at that time (it was 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon 😳). Sooo we were taken to a tiny booth right by the door (our pocketbooks had to sit on the floor - yuck). Because it was a windy day we were uncomfortably cold whenever the door was opened. Needless to say during our time there only 3 - 4 other tables were occupied at any given time. Two men walked in a while after us and were seated at the exact table where the 4 of we women initially asked to be seated.
It was pricey, we spent $120 on EXTREMELY mediocre food at best and the service leaves A LOT to be desired. We asked for drink refills several times and never received them. The music snd theme are cute but I would never step foot in that place again.
BEST ADVICE is go to Food Court or Shake Shack.

Have to say this place just hits every note! Very warm greeting by the GM Cesar (ask for him he’s a vibe!) as soon as we walked through the door. The classic Italian charm of Sinatra and Louis Prima encompasses the background perfectly to create the atmosphere and still hold conversation without elevating voices. Service was attentive without being intrusive start to finish. Here’s what we had:
Garlic Bread Deluxe - comes with whipped ricotta and marinara. Toasted perfectly and delicious.
Caesar Salad - Everyone has one, but Parm’s is a standout. Please order with confidence.
Pasta Bolognese - Pasta cooked perfect. The sauce comes through in a way where you can actually taste the meats used, and the ricotta just makes it 10/10.
Chicken Parm - Breaded the right way, cooked perfect, and the fresh mozzarella just hits. The vodka rigatoni is a MUST HAVE with this dish. Literally the best pasta I have ever had.
Overall perfection from Parm tonight. Hats off to Cesar for making this place shine. We will be back over and over again!
