Stopped in today for a quick lunch and ordered the roast beef sandwich. I hadn’t realized it was served cold—and I’m just not a fan of cold roast beef. As a restaurant owner myself, I really appreciated how quickly the server handled it. Without hesitation, she suggested a hot option instead, and her professionalism truly impressed me. I had a great experience at Parm. Service was fast, friendly, and the food was good. The pasta as a bit overcooked, but not by much. Caesar salad was excellent. Definitely a place to visit when at Woodbury.

First time eating at Parm and it was totally worth the 15 min wait in the cold outside. Grace was our waitress and she was amazing! She was friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the food choices on the menu. We loved her service! Thank you Grace :) On that note, Parm’s food is definitely worth it and affordable.
