I was a little confused at the end of a very good meal. My server didn't collect the check and money after the meal. Another server took it and said “I can take this “ yet after we were leaving my original server followed us out as if we didn't pay. Mind you we had a good meal and left 20% the exact amount on the receipt which has the math figured which I enjoy. So there was no mistake. This is unprofessional and she should be aware of who is allowed to collect the bill not me.

Excellent locally sourced food. Clean and delicious dishes. The waiter also gave us great tips on the food options.

Always love coming back to RR. Even on a holiday brunch, everything is perfect. Mikaela went above and beyond; Rustic Root brunch is always a wonderful way to kickoff your weekend.

Rustic root always has a great menu with a variety of choices. 2 of us had the short rib and it was divine. The rest had chicken milanese and chicken sandwich, both packed with flavor.

Visited today for the first time. The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Our table was ready at our reservation time and we were seated immediately. The food was outstanding, fresh and plentiful. Our server was cheerful, personable and anticipated our questions. I look forward to going back again, this is a great menu, something for everyone, large portions and affordable. I urge you to plan a visit to this establishment, you will be glad you did!

Good food and drinks. Service is nice, and staff was friendly. Not sure if it is because it was midweek but kitchen closes early. Short rib was delicious, tender and full of flavor. Half chicken felt more like quarter, regardless of size, it was tasty. Parking could be tight on weekends.

Our waitress was wonderful in helping to get my order right. Swiss cheese wound up on my sandwich even though it is not listed as an ingredient on the menu so I had to send it back. I also ordered the Swiss chard and had to send it back because it wasn't washed properly and was gritty. The waitress worked hard to make things right. I was happy for my sister because she had the short ribs and her dish was absolutely delicious, especially since I recommended the restaurant based on reviews. Recommendations: 1. Have a policy where the wait staff asks if anyone has allergies 2. There should be no surprise ingredients that aren't listed on the menu 3. Make sure fresh vegetables are washed properly prior to cooking. Because of my experience I will most likely not be returning.

Our server, Camilla, was pleasant and friendly. We asked to sit outside and were happily accommodated. The food was delicious, and my Caesar salad with grilled shrimp was the best ever! The coffee/cappucinno options were great and were exactly what we needed first thing for Sunday brunch. We did not feel rushed at all, and we sat for quite some time after we were finished eating. Love this place!

I've been to Blackbird so I had high expectations. It's a smaller space with lovely decor o& overall style. Small bar area with beautiful seats. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. The food, however was just ok. Fried Zucchini was overly breaded and stuck together (but the zucchini was fresh and super tasty). The mussels were nothing special, little gritty and highly acidic. My friends scallops were gorgeous and she said tastes just the same. However the risotto was very greasy, heavy and not very flavorful. Overall not too bad and worth a second try as supporting restaurants who use local ingredients and farms.

Amazing. Executive Chef Isaac big Thank YOU for an unforgettable experience. What hospitality and a beautiful craft you have. Fresh and beautiful presentation. The food was 10/10 from the appetizers with exploding flavor to the delicious finessed entrees. NY strip with the most delicious mashed and creamy Brussels/ zucchini mix to the scallops over risotto to the roast chicken with the yummy carrots and a hint of pumpkin stirred in with the risotto. I am so impressed. What a beautiful evening and finished with the most delicious homemade deserts the orange/lemony pound cake. Cosmic brownies on point ?. Happy we came across this gem.

Great service and tasty food. The entrees were a little pricey so the two of us decided to get 3 appetizers. Ended up being cheaper than one entree and we couldn't even finish them, we were so full. We were also the only ones in the restaurant at 5pm on a Wednesday. Not complaining.

Even with change in ownership over the years the food here is still amazing. It’s pricier than you would think for the location, but that’s because everything is fresh, made from scratch/locally sourced.
