This used to be a Reserve location, but I guess it got downgraded. The service is the main problem here. The staff is very reluctant to allow you to bring your own mug. The barista initially declined, but then made a face and didn't want to touch my mug because he's afraid of germs. I had to put my mug in some odd looking container while the rest of the staff filled up the regular cups before me. I ended up waiting longer than everyone else and was treated like a bum. It was insulting and a little embarassing the way they treated me.

Ordered an Iced Lavender Matcha and Spicy Falafel Pocket for my lunch break but was very disappointed. For starters I did not receive any lavender in my beverage which was the whole point of me ordering it. Secondly the Falafel is not as big as it looks online which is misleading. It looks the size of a Crunch wrap Supreme from taco bell. Luckily I bought a muffin to go with it. If I would have just gotten the pocket I would’ve been starving the rest of my break. Really disappointed.

My favorite location! I stop here just about every day before work for my morning pick me up! Staff is so friendly and fun; service is quick and my drink is perfect every time!

I landed on 3 stars for my visit here, because although my drink was made quickly and tasted good, some of the staff were very loud and singing to the music which didn’t make for a pleasant experience when trying to enjoy your food or drink in store. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were very friendly, nice and I can tell they take care of their regular customers, but I don’t think it is professional to be having loud conversations across the store with customers or singing to the music. I don’t think everyone is paying to hear that.
Great experience always, the Staff is the best, always smile on the face, busy or not. My first stop for the day. Always a great way to start my day, coffee and happy people.
