This was my first time going to Sweet Green. My boyfriend and I ordered salads. I ordered a make my own with chopped romaine and roasted chicken with parmesan shreds and caesar dressing. He ordered the chicken avocado ranch salad. We ordered pickup so I cannot speak on the atmosphere, and the service was quick. Our food came out earlier than it said it would. The downside, however, was the food. Our salads were not good. The lettuce tasted like it was washed in a dirty sink. It did not by any means taste fresh, and the chicken was mid at best. We both got double protein and were not pleased with the amount we got. For $20 a salad, we were upset with the quantity, taste, and lack of freshness. We have nothing to compare this to since we’ve never been or had any communication with someone who has, but it was pretty disappointing.

Oyy that was the worst sweet green experience. My husband and I both got sick shortly after. I ordered the miso salmon bowl and it had clearly been sitting and was reheated several times. It was dry and had a dark orange glaze over parts.
My husband got the pesto steak bowl and again, the steak was charred, cut into tiny pieces and resembled dog food.

Disappointed in this. Ordered a hummus salad, barely got any hummus. Save your money, buy a shop and shop bag salad instead.
