Such an amazing restaurant, from the kindness and respect you will get from all staff. To the very well prepared food that you will absolutely enjoy. I absolutely highly recommend UTHAI restaurant as the only restaurant for Thai food.

I never leave reviews, but I seriously have to give a recommendation. The food is authentic as can be and seriously made with care and intent. Absolutely a go to spot for true Thai cuisine.

We needed a switch up from our normal Thai resturant in town and UThaj might have become our new go to spot.
I got the drunken noodles and my wife got the red their curry with extra chicken. My drunken noodles were extremely flavorful and had a great spice level. I did not order extra chicken but there was a ton of chicken in my meal. Unlike some other Thai places you could really taste the layers of flavor in the noodles and how they were marinated into the chicken. My wife said her red Thai curry was fantastic and she wasn’t able to finish it all in one sitting due to how large the portion was. She felt like the extra chicken was noticeable and would get it again.
UThaj is slightly more expensive than some of its other competitors in the area but we found it worth it. The large service size and deep flavor will definitely have us coming back.

Highly disappointed. Came 9:24 on a Saturday. When closing is 10:00pm!
with my wife and I for a quick dinner. Was told we can't be served at this time. Before we even stepped inside the store the lady told us kitchen is closed.
Ok great way to greet and welcome your paying customers. Won't try again

Both my friend and I got stomachaches from eating the food. I got the pad thai and he got green curry. Never have I had such complications with restaurant food- and I literally NEVER write bad reviews nvm for a restaurant. I personally thought the pad thai was way too sour and was very disappointed with the taste. Never coming back here ever again

The whole branzino was great. Well cooked and the sauce it came with was good too. Solid potstickers and curry puffs
Cute decor and plate presentation
Delicious drinks (affordable under $15)
Amazing massaman curry!
Dessert 10/10.

Unfortunately, this is probably the worst Thai food We’ve ever eaten. The pad Thai was overcooked. The seafood special had four inedible rubbery calamari rings, the shrimp was drenched in a heavy garlic sauce, along with four small scallops in the same MSG laden sauce. Inedible. Finally, the chicken fried rice we ordered never showed up because they ran out without prior notification during the order process.

Had a great experience with uthai bistro. They catered a party for me and everybody complimented the food throughout the party. The customer service could not be better with everybody being extremely friendly and helpful.

11/10 experience all around! It's so rare to find an authentic Thai restaurant especially out in Long Island, and we were thrilled to find some of our favorite dishes (Khao Soi, Thai dumplings) on the menu. I highly encourage everyone to try something new on their menu - my favorites are the following (first 4 pictured) but everything was delicious:
Pad see ew w/ shrimp (the shrimp were so succulent and the sauce had amazing flavor)
Thai dumplings
Thai crepes (a new dish for me! We loved it)
Khao Soi (an amazing curry noodle dish with both chicken and shrimp)
Pad thai (one of the best renditions I've had so far!)
On a more personal note, the staff and owner Joe are so kind and really go the extra mile -- we thought we lost an item in the restaurant and he not only personally looked through his surveillance footage but remembered us when we came back a day later for lunch. The food and ambience were so amazing that we ate there twice in 3 days! Such an amazing addition to the local dining scene and we are sure to be back!

Have ordered takeout from this place on multiple occasions. Food quality is consistent and excellent. Perfect spice levels and multiple guests that have had this while over have all thoroughly enjoyed this place. Go to Thai place in this area!

Small but very cute shop. A lot of aesthetics in the decorations. When we arrived it was packed, only seating remaining was the bar area. We ordered a Spicy Mango Basil (mocktail) and a LIE (basically their equivalent of a blue LIT) to drink. Both very delicious. The alcohol was very reasonably priced at $12. For dinner, we ordered shrimp pad Thai and chicken basil fried rice. Both were good sized portions and very reasonably priced, both under $20. The food was delicious. The place was very busy as many take out orders were being picked up. I would definitely recommend coming to try this out.

As a Thai food lover, I think the food in this restaurant is more American style, the meat is tough and the vegetables are sweet

My go to Thai spot on LI! The customer service here is friendly and speedy, the mock tails are delicious. As for the food, it goes above and beyond expectations! It's delicious, especially the noodle dishes! Also very accommodating to dietary restrictions for vegetarians!
Vegetarian options: They can accomodate recipes. If you're not a stickler about fish or oyster sauce nearly everything can be made vegetarian!
