I called to place an order and the lady was rude and keep me on hold listening to them talk Spanish then hung up while I was still talking. I’ve been going there for many years now and never had such rude customer service. Dennis help them to b polite
absolutely loved this place back when i lived in ny, recently came back to visit bagels are still as delicious but they charge 2 extra dollors to eat there. not sure why… rest in peace to the owner ??
I luv this place but today one of the girls took some1 else money I thought she would take off her gloves I asked for a cupcake and she picked up with no paper and picked it up with the same gloves that she took the other customers money
