I placed an order online through their website. At 9:30am paid everything went through. Delivery said it was going to get here 10:05-10:15. I check on it at 10:05 to see it said that they canceled it ????? Why waste my time 30 min later to cancel the delivery??? I’ve called them 6 times to ask why or try to get some information on the order but they don’t answer their phone.

Asked for a Cuban sandwich, this is what I got pieces of fat no pork, asked for a blt, black bacon, second time they returned the blt, same bacon looked like it was days old they lost a good customer they were rude & ignorant

ordered a “Cuban sandwich” which is supposed to have “pulled pork” so they say, but is actually rubbery pork fat cubes. Disgusting, greasy and inedible. Also ordered a BLT, asked for SOFT bacon, got black burnt bacon and so I called back and they offered a redo and the bacon was black once again. Lost me as a customer!

I went with my cousin and friend to have brunch before we left New York, and I’m so glad we picked Danny’s! They were very busy but did not rush us when making our order and paid close attention to our order. I have some dietary restrictions and he asked all the questions to make sure he could accommodate my order. The oatmeal was delicious and so was the omelet! I would definitely go back.
