It's ok. Nothing special. I feel like Dunkin is getting too commercial The food is ok definitely not fresh as mostly everything is frozen or comes pre packed, sound familiar? Overall for the coffee it's ok

Bad energy every morning with the early shift employees always an attitude god forbid you tell them to fix your latte they’ll give you the nastiest attitude. When you’re the paying customer. Even tho I live in Woodhaven I rather go to the one on 84th street and jamaica they do know how to treat people they are always so sweet. This location specifically has the rudest older women working I have ever dealt with in my life. Just nasty

I ordered a drink, i took one sip & it was so nasty & bitter. I handed it right back to the lady. She made it over without me giving any instructions, & it came out better. So you purposely threw it together to taste like dirt!
