Usually I don’t write any negative reviews but this store disappointed me twice. Once they gave me the wrong order (ordered cocoa mocha latte and got caramel latte) and I didn’t say nothing because I understand it might happen. The next time was with a refresher, I asked them to give me with less ice and they still added a lot of ice, secondly the order was for strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade but received just water with some ice and maybe a few drops of strawberry flavor in it. I’m a regular customer of Dunkin but this store disappointed me.

This place is NOT the place to go to for breakfast orders. My brother ordered on ubereats and ubereats only gave him the name, no receipt. I walked in and said pickup for (my brother’s name). She asked me for receipt and all i could show her was the cart with the exact same order. She then asked me the time, what app, etc when the food was right there in the bag. She didn’t even check if the food was made or if it was there or not. She just kept asking me questions as if she didn’t want to give me my food. WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

An indian lady works there and she's really rude. She lashed at me for asking how long the drink will be ready in and mind u it was 7:00 am. She never greets anyone and is cranky all the time.

Bad energy every morning with the early shift employees always an attitude god forbid you tell them to fix your latte they’ll give you the nastiest attitude. When you’re the paying customer. Even tho I live in Woodhaven I rather go to the one on 84th street and jamaica they do know how to treat people they are always so sweet. This location specifically has the rudest older women working I have ever dealt with in my life. Just nasty
