Literally just ordered a chicken pot pie through DoorDash and they gave me a famous bowl instead. I can’t even call the store because their phones are busy . How could I reorder my pot pie if I can’t even check to see if it’s in stock?

Potato wedges are really skinny, over cooked, and too salty. Might as well get fries. The lady at the register took my order, then turned around to start making her order instead of taking mine. There were 2 other guys in the kitchen, one cooking (presumably) and the other making orders. I had to wait for her to take my order for a bit, and one of the guys came from the kitchen to just take my order.

The store does not receive online orders. The manager is loud, rude and dismissive while you try to explain the situation. I’ve got a receipt for the right store on my phone. I came on my lunch break and I guess I won’t be eating. She told me to hit up the help line on the app. On my lunch break. Disgusting way to run a restaurant.

MAKE MORE POTATO WEDGES!!
This KFC is beyond disappointing. They constantly run out of items well before closing time, which makes no sense for a place that’s supposed to stay open late. Every time I specifically order potato wedges instead of fries, the staff gives me attitude and flat out refuses to make them—even when I can literally see them sitting there. That’s pure laziness.
Ordering through Grubhub is even worse. When I’ve placed orders around 9:50pm, they send me completely wrong items and nothing I actually ordered. Then they throw in random extras, clearly hoping I won’t complain. But it’s not about “free food,” it’s about basic service and respect for the customer.
This location is consistently careless, unprofessional, and lazy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this KFC.

I went there 2 Fridays in a row and both times I spent 77 dollars or more and every time I got the biscuits. I had to throw them away. They were hard as a rock. U could use them as hockey pucks. Come on whoever is making them stop making them hard or u will lose my business

I ordered the 3pc meal of 2/breasts & 1/wing I ordered thru Uber Eats. The delivery person was great and got there n time. However the food that they sent was 2 thighs & 1/ting wing which they compensated by giving me a ring drumstick. There was NO breasts in sight. They are notorious for sending thighs and the. Want to charge you if you want a breast!! Last time I order!!
Very bad, I recommend that you check the chicken because it always has feathers and they should be cleaner

The worst kfc I just been there and bought a 20 pcs legs and thighs it’s was all burnt my order was 106.00 dollars last time they forgot the biscuits never going back at this branch
