I ordered a coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My surprise was that the bagel had hardly any cream cheese on it, it looked shiny because of the grease. The truth is that I won't buy from there again, because the same thing happened to me with a roll with butter. The good thing is that the girl is very friendly

Soo incredibly disappointed with my last two experiences here. My husband went a couple weeks ago and got a mix of pastries ALL of which tasted stale and had that “refrigerator” taste. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got a cake with my girls this weekend and it was horrible. All of it went into the trash. Dry, over baked and stale once again. The workers here are sooo sweet but unfortunately the items no longer taste like they use too. Definitely a waste of $35 since we tossed the entire cake.

I bought a tres leches from this backery two different times and it was spoilt. Another time my daughter bought a red Velet cake and the cream frosting was sour and spoilt. I won't be going back not worth it.

Hello, my name is Eddie aka onyx, I went in to get a cherry cheesecake for my Girlfriends B-day (38) - The Cashier / Bakery Assistant named Jennifer was such a Sweetheart & the Baker was very kind & understanding of what I want on cake , even tho they didn't have cherry cheesecakes on display Jen/The Baker Accommodate it for me and maybe me a cherry one and it was wondering in my opinion.. great experience, Very honest workers, all 5 stars ? for me,will tell other to go here.Thx you JenThx you BakerMy girlfriend loves the Cake ? ?
Should have believed the bad reviews…but still tried it out. Got some cookies and cannolis, everything was old, especially the cannolis, I’m wondering how many days they had them laying out with the filling in it…horrible.
Spent almost $40 today on Italian breads and desserts. Everything in the store looked beyond amazing. However, don't let that amazing look fool you. The desserts were by far the most terrible desserts I have ever tasted. Everything seemed to taste old and stale and dry as if they had been sitting there for far too long. We are not from NY, so to get home and try this after dinner was beyond disappointing for us. We were foolish not to read the reviews prior to this and most certainly have learned our lesson on making sure to check reviews next time before buying anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would, because they definitely did not deserve any stars at all, well maybe for their service because the young lady was nice.
