First time coming to this bakery shop. I ordered a coconut cake and flan and omg they were so good! The coconut cake was moist and not dry. Def going to go back!

While the initial impression was positive, thanks to the friendly greeting from the young girls, our experience quickly went downhill due to the behavior of the manager.Upon requesting to use the restroom, I was met with a disgustingly rude response from the manager. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth and greatly affected the overall atmosphere of the place. It's unfortunate when a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is displayed by management.The main reason for our visit, the tres leches cake, was a major disappointment. The taste and quality of the cake were far from satisfying. After consuming it, I experienced stomach pain and nausea, which further added to my dissatisfaction.Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers, I cannot overlook the significant issues with the management. Additionally, the subpar quality of the product only exacerbated my disappointment. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place to others.Overall, my experience at Capu Tres Leches was marred by the unpleasant attitude of the manager and the poor quality of the tres leches cake. Great flavor options. Great prices. Great taste. Service isn't good isn't bad. Very straight to the point, no frills or smiles or friendliness. Not an issue or anything. The prices at this location are significantly cheaper than those at others (cough cough) Chinatown location. The portion size was smaller than I expected but for 5.50-6 bucks per slice that's like half the cost of a Cheesecake Factory cheesecake slice or Martha's bakery slice, I'm not complaining. Will be back to try the other flavors!

I really wanted to support this business because I had a super craving for something sweet and popped in. I got a slice of tres leches and some flan. There’s no way that those two things should cost 10$. Very tiny portions and the tres leches cake didn’t hit the spot, the flan was ok.

My family and I love Capy but heavy traffic and parking is a problem like Jackson Heights. However, this location that I went to is quiet and deserves more attention, it’s easier expect always being aware of speeding cameras. I live in Valley Stream and wish it expands to Long Island.

I just got back home with the piece of cake and I should say that I don’t remember getting THAT good cake anywhere! Literally. I just wanted something sweet for the dessert but ended up falling in love with this place. Thank you! And def will be your returning customer !

Was there for the first time today. Bought a slice of fruit tres leches cake. The place is nice and clean with a lot of empty space but nowhere to sit, so I took it home. Their tres leches should be called dos leches instead as it is much drier than the normal tres leches cakes I have bought elsewhere. I get better tres leches cakes for almost half the price at my neighborhood Trade fair supermarket, no kidding.

I ordered a birthday cake and it was pricey but tasted awesome. The staff is also very helpful and I loved trying a slice of the other flavors of tres leches which all taste amazing
Very unsatisfied with this place, they misspelled my name after i had to correct the worker THREE times after she asked how to spell it. I want a full refund for this because it ruined my birthday.

I know people love Capy, but this ain't it. Twice I had to go here because the bakery I prefer, Oxford, was closed. I can get a beautiful, delicious, fresh cake from Oxford for no more than $20. At Capy, it's $55 and not markedly better. (And because I didn't tell the cake recipient the price, they thought it had too much cream - she literally scooped it and threw it out.)
