Chimi was soooo dry. I’m Dominican and know how chimi should taste, this chimi tasted really bad, I even had to call to complain to tell them how dry it was , the shredded chicken wasn’t even shredded it was like a chicken cutlet and no sauce on it 1/10 and that’s me being nice

Slightly rude by telling us they were about to close. Didn't really seem like they wanted us there

I’m a big fan of Rico Chimi—the food is always on point, and their juice never disappoints. That said, the service could use a little more energy. The staff often seem unmotivated, and even simple orders take longer than expected. With a bit more attentiveness and enthusiasm, this place could easily go from good to great.

The blond painted girl upfront is disgusting. Has no sense of providing good service! So dry, not sure how the owner has this person working in this place. Every time I go it’s demotivating to even want to buy from here! I would give her Zero Star if that was an option!
She doesn’t even take the orders as asked!
With that said I’ll find another Chimi place to go to!

I just called them to order club sandwiches, but I didn’t want the ham in it. They didn’t understand at all, and cut the line . 🤦🏻‍♂️plz do not try to order in English. Worse customer service.

What can I say food was amazing not greasy tasty and wow fulfilling.. definitely a must check out place patacon was on point and Quipe de carne wow you need to add the yellow bottle sauce to complete the experience...

The food was good, the service is really bad. The lady in the register doesn’t know how to take care of people and just gives you attitude for no reason. Very disgusting. Would’ve loved to go back. But it’s not worth it.

I live 8 minutes from Rico Chimi. I placed an order, they told me 30 minutes and they called me to deliver the food when 1 hour and 20 minutes had passed. I SIMPLY DID NOT ANSWER because they play with people's time and hunger, and moreover, I'm pregnant, how bad
