What can I say food was amazing not greasy tasty and wow fulfilling.. definitely a must check out place patacon was on point and Quipe de carne wow you need to add the yellow bottle sauce to complete the experience...
The food is not like it used to be ..Lately their fritura are either too greasy ,soggy ,overcooked and the meat are not clean well, even the pink sauce tasted nasty .it’s so bad that I couldn’t finish what I ordered
Service is horrible. The blonde woman with the nose piercing who attends you at the counter is extremely prejudice and rude. When I arrived to pick up my food I felt like I was being profiled. Was forced to show my Uber order from my phone in a manner that felt offensive. If she would have showed class, kindness, and explained the protocol the store has in place for pickup items. This would have been a different story.
I hope she corrects this unacceptable behavior...
