Customer service is very bad the management need to train their employees how to take care of the customer . I've ordered onlined and employee named MONIR he really need to learn how be professional and behave with the customer. He was super rude with nasty attitude. Terrible. I ordered on the app, waited for the time and when it arrived they said it wasn't there. Why should we verify? But what are they going to verify? I already paid them, I told them. And then they even asked me for my ID. Honestly, a shitty service.
