I went today to get two sandwiches with coupons. I knew I couldn't order the sandwiches off the menu, but I still tried asking if I could get one though and told the worker (an older brown man) to take off the add ons (which are extra with coupons). He said no because it doesn't apply to the coupon ane I kindly agreed and continued on (he could've just made it without add ons and it wouldn't technically be the sandwich on the menu). Then, my boyfriend paid for the sandwiches and I had another coupon for a free cookie "with any purchase". As I am ordering a drink and paying for the chips, he asks "what is that" in a grumpy tone and pointing at my coupon. I said it was a coupon for a free cookie and he said my purchase wasn't valid because it had to be a "regular" purchase. I was confused because I was buying a drink and chips which applies to the coupon's "any purchase" requirement. He then proceeded to say we already got a discount with the sandwiches when I was making a whole separate purchase with MY money and not my boyfriend's (so the coupons would be valid). We ended up leaving instead of eating in because of how humiliated I felt and due to his horrible attitude.

Tonight I remembered why I stopped going to this subway location a year ago. Because of the rude employees. Their customer service sucks. And the funny thing is that it was the same guy ?. I guess I will be stopping going there again ?.

The staff at this location is terrible and rude. When I went in for a mobile pick-up, the guy I showed the order pick-up receipt was rude and yelled at me. When explaining the new pick-up policy, the guy talked to me like I was stupid. And when I saw him make my sandwich he threw it to the side and started attending other customers and told me since I came when they were busy I have to wait now. I'm so discusted by the staff here and will never support this Subway location ever.

I love this place I've been coming here since I was little and I have never had an issue with their food it's always been fresh and fast the only real issue is that it's a bit small so anymore then 5-6 people in there is packed but I would recommend this place to anyone.
