Tonight I remembered why I stopped going to this subway location a year ago. Because of the rude employees. Their customer service sucks. And the funny thing is that it was the same guy ?. I guess I will be stopping going there again ?.

The staff at this location is terrible and rude. When I went in for a mobile pick-up, the guy I showed the order pick-up receipt was rude and yelled at me. When explaining the new pick-up policy, the guy talked to me like I was stupid. And when I saw him make my sandwich he threw it to the side and started attending other customers and told me since I came when they were busy I have to wait now. I'm so discusted by the staff here and will never support this Subway location ever.

I love this place I've been coming here since I was little and I have never had an issue with their food it's always been fresh and fast the only real issue is that it's a bit small so anymore then 5-6 people in there is packed but I would recommend this place to anyone.

I want to be clear, I never review places but this was the absolutely worst experience I ever had in any establishment. The workers where extremely rude and disrespectful from the second I walked in the place I was completely treated like absolute garbage. They absolutely refused to have any clear communication with anything in my transaction and when I finally reached my breaking point and asked for my refund I was cursed out by the staff and kicked out of the store. ( my order was a online pick up order.)

The guys there are rude he just saw the coupon and assume I was going to use it. Now all I did was order two footlong garlic herb cheese bread. Talking about oh no chicken we don’t take coupon . When I said to him am not sure if am going to be using it Sir Am paying for my food I still want two chicken footlong. Didn’t even reach the part to what meat and he started assuming . So he continue being rude I said know what give me one. He didn’t even cut it . I am taking my hard earn money to purchase food at your establishment to be treated like I am begging for food. What part of am paying for my food whatever the cost. Cause it’s a female you all loud shouting. If my mother wasn’t hungry I would of left it right there.I won’t be going back to that place ever. #terrible #worstcustomerservice
I ordered a plain sandwich they send me a sandwich with all types of toppings even stuff I’m allergic to and when I call them they hang up on me because they don’t want to hear their wrongs. Never again will I shop here these old men always have attitudes.

this sheet is terrible, everything looks dried and old and some of the things look like it was pulled from the trash can outside. they try to cheap you out by putting absolutely no cheese, sauce or anything as if the d*** sandwich isn’t overpriced already. i’ll probably be on the toilet in the next 20 minutes from food poisoning, and i am never going here again
