Today I stopped at your Taco Bell location with a drive-thru to save time on my way to work. Instead of going to a closer location, I chose this one specifically to avoid parking. When I got to the speaker, the employee (named Sabi) told me I had to drive around because my order “wasn’t in the system yet.” I ended up having to drive around over a mile in New York traffic, which made me 22 minutes late to work. When I returned to the window, the employee rudely said “next window” without any apology or basic courtesy. On top of that, my order was wrong — the burritos weren’t made correctly and there wasn’t a single sauce included. I had a terrible experience overall and felt disrespected, inconvenienced, and frustrated. I expected much better service, especially when going out of my way to visit this location.

There is this lady? I CANT remember what her name is but guessing from the other reviewers of customers who also had the same experience as me they described her as very rude which is true,I was here to pickup food and they couldn't find my name on the system she kept asking me what's the name of my order treating me as if I'm kind of stupid kid even though I told her multiple times what my name is and even showed her proof of my order. Not only was she rude she was also unhelpful and saying how she can't help me anymore and just walked off I felt so embarrassed and decided to leave the store after that,I cried a lot because of it,I love Taco Bell but I definitely would not recommend going to this store in person if you ever have any issues or something is going wrong with your order it's best to save yourself from the rudeness.

I took this around 3:30 at night I talked to the guy in front very well hope he remember me the (Turben Guy in Tesla) and that’s what I got no body can eat this that’s not what I paid for and it’s not the first time but this time it’s to much .
