This is my first time writing a review, I just couldn't pass it up, we had dinner last night, I ordered pork humba, when the order arrived, I noticed from the color that it wasn't humba, then I tasted it, the taste was really far from it, I tried to talk to them, the server admitted that a different cook cooked the humba and that it wasn't delicious so the original cook retouched it, but the one we were served was the one the original cook hadn't tasted yet, even though they admitted they made a mistake they still charged us for the wrong order, $17 is not cheap. There's no problem paying a lot if what you paid for is right.

Absolutely horrible service. Food served cold, and with zero consideration of over an hour long wait time they impose on customers. Servers are completely tone deaf, and expect its customers to be “understanding” about the wait—despite there being only two other tables upstairs. Hit up the other Filipino restos on the block, and do not waste your hard earned $$ on this spot. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🗑️

If you’re looking for authentic Filipino food in New York City, Amazing Grace in Woodside, Queens is a great place to visit. Located in the heart of “Little Manila,” this cozy spot serves a variety of traditional Filipino dishes that feel just like home. Whether you’re missing the flavors of the Philippines or just curious to try something new, Amazing Grace delivers a warm, delicious, and memorable dining experience. They have evening music sesh above the restaurant with the great filipino singers. Don’t forget to try their”Crispy Pata”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ate bkfst here this morning which I often do. I ordered takeout of Lumpiang Sariwa x 2. When I got home, I found out that the peanut sauce was missing! How does one be expected to eat this without the sauce? The vegs have no taste! I live far away that I tried to just call them to let them know, but the phone was FOREVER busy! So upset! The server was pleasant, respectful, but who's responsible for making sure takeouts are complete before handing them over?

I always buy a slice of ube cake from this place for a long time. Yesterday i passed by on my way home from work and i bought a slice to go, when I got home i was so disappointed, the slice given to me was so so small and thin! I didn’t mind paying the $6.25 per slice, but to be given this small amout of cake is absolutely rediculous!

I was there today, and what a nightmare this place is , the service ie terrible , the more I think about it, I get more angrier. The crew are so busy on their phone , I feel like. I’m talking to a wall, I will never go back. I will bring my business somewhere else . Don’t go to this place if you don’t want to waste your time waiting for your food forever. Very unprofessional. We end up walking out and go to Rene’s.

Tokwa at baboy and Dasilog flavors were way off. One was bland, the other had a weird taste. The old Crystal was way better!

Kindest hearts. While eating I noticed the waitress low-key take cash out of their own tip jar to give to a needy family (non-Filipino if that matters). I will keep coming back to this place forever because of that act of goodwill.

I had an experience similar to the customer Vivian Zibar (7/24/24) below. The waitress also completely ignored me while I was waiting in line and seated others waiting behind me, when there were enough tables for all. Unbelievably rude. Awful service.

Among the filipino restaurants i’ve tried, they serve best breakfast silog by far. The food presentation, taste and quality are way better than others i have tried.

I just wish they will bring back the old recipe of their leche flan. For me, it has changed a lot. It is not as creamy like it used to be.

I used to eat here a lot and have been recommending people to come eat. It is sad to say that following:
Food: Just okay. Nothing special.
Service: Service quality dropped drastically. Not all my order came. Apparently the server forgot to add it despite of me repeating the order three times.
Food Presentation: not neat as excess wrappers were served. Missing sauce until multiple request were made.
Atmosphere: The music is too loud that I can even feel the vibration from the speakers installed on the wall. Table napkins on the floor. Tables not cleared and turned over for the next customer. Staff shouting at each other to relay messages.
