I’ve eaten here before and the food was okay, nothing memorable. But I went here with a friend today for a quick breakfast. They didn’t even acknowledge us, then told us to seat ourselves and didn’t give us ANY menu. We had to steal a menu off a nearby table to start ordering. Then 15 minutes passed, we still weren’t attended too. We tried to flag down a waitress and she told us to wait, then she proceeded to stand in the corner of the restaurant and do absolutely nothing. So we got up and left. Horrible service.

Today April 8, 2024 around 7 pm the servers mostly the girl who took our order was a snob. We asked for two orders of Goto with Tokwa’t baboy plus 1 bag of pandesal. She gave us the pandesal first without the butter . Then after 10 mins she gave 1 Tokwa’t Baboy(its already cold) and we waited for so long for almost 30 mins I decided to ask about the Goto that we ordered . I noticed that our order is just on the counter and she did not serve it. When i asked for our food she gave us just 1 bowl of goto and it was cold already. Then i asked where’s the rest of our orders this lady said that we just ordered 1. But we are sure that i said two order. Then another server came to our table and we told him about the poor service we got from that lady he said he’ll get us another order of goto and it’ll only take few minutes. If you can give us that order in just few minutes why you had us waiting there for so long. We were so disappointed and their reason is they were busy (how?) they only have few customers that time.. We went to this restaurant many times the servers were nice and polite the orders on time. BUT THIS TIME, POOR SERVICE and the girl server was so rude and lazy.

There service are horrible, verry disorganized, the food was served one thing at a time.. Kaytagal nag hintay!! Just 3 order We wait for the last order to be served and finally arrive but the rest of the food are already cold.. and we lost our appetite.. I cannot recommend this place to anyone I know.

We have been a customer for decades since Krystal's days and today is the first time I experienced a very awful customer service to whoever is working as cashier on 3/24/23 around 3pm. It has been customary to us to place future orders for pick up over the phone but this woman said "Ma'am balikan kita kasi nagkacashier pa ako mag isa." I waited 20 mins. While I was on hold I heard how she attended multiple customers screaming orders and part of me was hopeful she would get back to me. I get it maybe it was a busy time but she could have used her judgment by telling me to call back at a later time as she cant entertain the call yet or at least took my call back number. That reflects disrespect wasting my rime and poor customer service to say the least.

Waiters and waitress are lazy! And some waiters have attitude they really made you feel uncomfortable! And the waiters and waitress they dont really take care the customers and when you ordered food they dont serve you a glass of water and if you ask for any sauce it takes long time just to give it to you! Me and my friends we just ate there this past MARCH 17,2024 around 4:30pm We are very disappointed! And i try to give the waiters smile but still wont give you smile back!! And the staff there are not friendly at all!

Calling the attention of the Manager on this Amazing Grace - The lady in the cashier wearing an eyeglass is so mean she’s very rude to the customer. I am buying a hot pandesal that’s the one that I like and she wants me to buy the old and cold pandesal that’s why I’m giving this a bad review. There’s a saying customers are always right!

We arrived here before 9:00pm without knowing they close at 9:30pm. Our order took 15mins and as soon as our food arrives, they started putting up chairs on top of the table as a sign that they will close soon. They were in a rush to get our plates which leaves us to not enjoy our food and eat in a hurry. The server who took our order was seemingly annoyed and they obviously did not want us there. They could have just said something so we can go to another resto that will serve us better.

Formerly known as Krystal's Filipino Restaurant. I used to eat there with my family growing up & for the 1st time I ate there for lunch by myself where I had Chicken BBQ on 3 separate sticks with white rice & a salad since its dressing taste like banana.

Good pork adobo here. It has a variety of different pork cuts; a good mix of fatty and lean pork. I've also had the sizzling sisig and garlic rice, but if I had to choose one dish, I would recommend the pork adobo.
