I think as a franchise, there are certain guidelines and trainings. I had shakes at Dunkin/BR very often, so I know how the texture should be. I ordered a shake and it was as fluid as milk. I asked them to make it right. They barely added more ice cream, so it just fit the old cup again! and was again fluid. So, I just left and would never come back.

3 strikes and you’re out. They never have what I want because they don’t keep any of the ingredients in stock. Clearly they have some great management here. You’re better off going anywhere else.

Yummy ice cream. But they should get rid of gelatin in rainbow sherbet and strawberry ice cream. Overall it deserves 5 stars.

Just stopped by for some cold brew and dunkin donut fries. The cold brew is fine, but the fries are disappointing. The workers' system needs to be reevaluated because I had to wait 10 minutes just for the fries. I would give this place 3 or 4 stars, BUT I saw a baby roach. Ew, ew, ew, EW!
