I ordered from here on grubhub a few times and twice they called me to tell me they don’t have burrata yet they keep it listed on their menu, then try to offer me something cheaper for the same price instead of immediately refunding me. They should take it off their menu. Their food is not worth the price they charge esp for the portion sizes and these experiences made me never want to order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! please be warned that this restaurant just turned off their iPad and completely ignored all of the orders that were made through grub hub because they had a private event. Please make a report on grub hub and get your refund. This restaurant is completely negligent and unprofessional. Literally stealing people's money by not fulfilling the orders. When they scrolled to see my order I saw more than 10 orders that came after mine, I feel so sorry for them especially since this restaurant is not cheap. They never intended to fill the order and the people working there do not know what they are doing. They asked me for my name and then said they couldn't see my order. I had to tell the worker to keep scrolling down cause he was so stupid!! We then saw my order and confirmed what I had been telling him. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

This is the worts place ,he gave me whatever he wants,when I went to other restaurants waiters always ask you if you'd like a drink, coffee or Tea,that guy ask me after I finish to eat that's ridiculous.
HORRIBLE! Placed an online order. Order never received. Called spoke with Mark who stated the online vendor cancelled the order and my credit card would not be charged. Looked at my credit card & the charge went through! I am done with this place!

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The French fries were burnt and rotten, the omelet was supposed to have mozzarella cheese but there was none to be seen, and the bread was old and hard. It was a terrible experience.

I have been a regular - live 1 and half block away, I always give either $4 or $5 tip for delivery. Last night's order (Monday) the guacamole had an eaten piece of a tortilla chip in it. The person who took my order apologized and was willing to rectify this. I asked him to refund that portion of my order. Cafe 52 has lost a regular! I'm out! To the owner: If you see this, please give me a call, I gave both my cell & office numbers to Mark on Sunday.
