Took my nephew here to use a gift card. The place is very cute and noticeably clean, making it a great spot for kids or a quick treat. They offer a wide variety of ice cream options. My nephew devoured his mint chocolate chip. It's far better than Baskin Robbins. While a bit pricey, the cost is reasonable given the high quality. 10/10, highly recommend.

The ice cream here is amazing! I tried the vanilla and chocolate soft serve twist—so smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet. You can keep eating it without feeling overwhelmed. The shop itself has a nostalgic, old-school vibe and is always busy with families and kids stopping by. If you’re in the neighborhood, this place is definitely worth a stop to cool down with a classic cone!

She helped us create a custom Avatar: The Last Airbender cake for our son’s birthday, and the result was incredible—Appa looked perfect and was the hit of the party. And of course, Carvel cakes always taste the best. Thank you for making his birthday extra special!

I have gone to this location several times with my 2 daughters with no issue. My last visit on Sept 9th 2024 was horrible. My 3 year old had just opened her cup of ice cream which cost just under $3. Not even one bite and it fell on the floor. I took it to the counter to ask for a new one and I was told I would have to pay for it. They had no care in the world. The Asian lady told me it was company policy to not give another or give a refund because they did not drop it. At that point, I told them they were theives and that it's a 3 year old crying because now she has no ice cream and the manager pulled out her phone to record me. I had not been yelling or screaming, but I was visibly upset as any parent would be. I called another location when I tried to reach corporate to make a complaint. The lady was so nice and gave me the correct number. When I explained what happened at this location and asked if that location would have charged for another, she said no. She also said that it was not a policy of Carvel to not give another ice cream to a customer in such situation. So the manager lied. While I had the money to purchase another, I refused due to the circumstances. A very nice customer who had overheard my phone convo and bought my 3 year old a new ice cream. The manager seeing that this man was also Asian, tried to speak to him with a devious smile, to lie but the man shut her down. I would not go back to this location again if it were the last one in the world.
