I called in my pick up order at work…walked 3 blocks to my vehicle and then drove approximately 10 blocks looked at the app and it said they had just started working on my order. I waited another 15min received my order left and didn’t have my nuggets. Called customer service for the to tell me they would give me a “free” item my next order so refunding me. So I have a salad w no protein that they didn’t want to refund me for after waiting 20 months for an order. Very disappointed!
