Ordered 2 plain pies for my kids and a chicken/veggie pie on the automated system. It was my son’s birthday and the whole order was messed up where I received two pepperoni pies with one veggie so not 4 pies with the incorrect order. The automated system repeated it back correctly but I didn’t receive it when it was delivered. The manager said he’ll sent a plain pie and it was my fault but it was never sent. I will not order again from this Dominoes.

All the reviews of terrible customer service is absolutely true.. this is the WORST Domino’s you could order from, just don’t.. the manager MD is about as terrible as they can get and has 0 customer service skill set.. this location is a stain on Dominos and you should be ashamed of yourself MD for your terrible attitude and behavior!

THE WORST DOMINO'S LOCATION. I love Dominos but I will not order in this location anymore. Will just get pizza from local pizza shop in the area. I will just order Domino's somewhere else unless all current employees are replaced. I get it, you need a job to pay your bills, but if you work at customer service, do your description. All employees are rude and entitled. Yells at customer and refuses to give refund. I don't owe any of you guys anything. You owe me a refund and my tip back because I did not receive anything. Ruining the name of Dominos itself. I will spread this to everyone I know. Make this location lose all sales.

I ordered food to delivered around 12:05 pm. but I got my food at 1:15 pm. I call to check my order at 12:53pm. And then the staff told me ‘ i will sent to you by the way 5 minutes’ but I wait more than 5 minutes. it was terrible service. It’s no wonder that you got many bad reviews
