This location is unfortunately a reflection of its area, from only offering delivery to the Public Housing it adjacent to to having placed an orders that was ready for pick up and spent 20 mins waiting to be acknowledged... then they couldnt find my order... then they overcharged me, I paid in cash and they told me After! They couldn't provide a receipt on paper or email... and that he already cleared the screen say I wasn't even able to see what they rang up. I wish I could upload the video...when my Son and Is food came I was afraid to eat it based on the visual nature of how they handled food

This is the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my 42yrs on this earth. It is disgusting, the worst of the worst, I rank this place number 1 as the nastiest tasting pizza in all of U.S.A. , I made a mistake and also order chicken wings which I threw out in the garbage immediately. That chicken was not cooked and tasted horrible. The guy at the counter was hating life because his attitude was horrible. Do yourself a favor, order from your local pizzeria and get real pizza, these pizzas are not even worth $2 dollars , $7.99 is embarrassing to charge people for this garbage. I threw out 2 pies and an order of wings!

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!** I ordered a pizza from 6314 Queens Blvd, NY 11377 today. I carried it out and ate two slices, then realized there was no Philly steak at all, even though I had ordered extra Philly steak. I called the store, and they asked me to bring the pizza in so they could check if it really didn’t have Philly steak. The staff member or manager checked the pizza and said it did have Philly steak, but it didn’t at all. I checked each slice with my finger to show him there was no Philly steak, but he wouldn’t admit it. The way he spoke to me made it seem like I was the one lying. His attitude was extremely RUDE!! He told me if I didn’t want the pizza, I should throw it in the garbage myself and go home. I asked for a refund, but he said he couldn’t give me one at the store and that I would have to go through the online process. I ended up throwing away the pizza, didn’t ask for a new one, and still haven’t received a refund. He also asked me if I was going to hit him!! Wait, what??? I’m a skinny woman holding my toddler son. How could I possibly hit him?

Ordered online with a tip and everything. Through the tracking app I watched the guy sit in his car for like 15min before taking off. Food arrived cold of course. You ain’t slick, Do your job next time.
