This is the closest dunkin near me and it’s not awful but it’s not great either. The employees are sometimes nice sometimes not. Food and drinks are the usual as any other dunkin. One thing I don’t like is that they add a cup full of ice into drinks that have normal ice and add half cup ice when it’s less ice. Area is on the larger side with lots of seating. They also refuse to refund/compensate with credit if they’re sold out on items

I had a concerning experience at this coffee shop when a staff member followed me outside after I had already paid for my coffee. She not only followed me outside for some time, but also stalked me and was yelling at me in front of bunch of people at the gas station. It made me uncomfortable and I believe it's important for the management to address this issue to ensure this doesnt happen anymore as this is embarassing for the store. She was working morning shift today 11/5.

I went at 930am.. so it’s not like this donut sat there the whole day. This is clearly mold but she said no it’s chocolate -.- ma’am it’s not chocolate. There was fuzz on top of the black spots. She almost proceeded to put this donut back on the shelf to sell too. She also just assumed I wanted another donut which I did not.
