I like this location. It is not crowded with people and you will mostly see local folk coming in. Employees are nice and friendly and the wait for the order is short.

I think the owner should take more responsibility of who comes to the store. Because a person was just sitting there and ripping off his own hair. I don’t think any person would find this normal. As a women I felt unsafe there.

They never follow order with your drinks, asked for espresso shot was charged for it and it wasn’t thrown in my drink. Walk down the block there’s a Starbucks at the shopping center.

They cheat people!!! I gave my elderly mother an eGiftcard to Dunkin' Donuts for $5.09 since she lives across the street and buys coffee from there almost every day. I told here she has to use the entire amount at one time so she should buy 2 coffees or coffee and donuts to get the total close to $5.09 or a little above. She went there this morning, ordered a coffee and gave them the printout. They took the entire amount as payment for 1 cup of coffee and didn't have the decency to tell her that she is entitled to buy more up to $5.09. At her age she doesn't always realize these things and you'd think they would point this out to a customer, at least a regular, but they thought it was fine to steal the money from her!!

Literally called for a job opening I ask for the manager the worker says manager not here doesn’t even know English and just hangs up on me have some common decency if you can’t respond don’t just hang up on someone tell them when the managers coming???????
