I love this Dunkin Location so much! Every time I walk in, the vibes are always amazing. The employees are super kind, welcoming, and they always make my day. They’ve even given me free drinks, food and snacks it means a lot to me my family. This location feels like a little comfort spot for me. The staff there was HORRIBLE , I did not like my latte, I’m aware it’s a latte but it had zero coffee taste so I went to ask if they can add tiny bit of coffee, this older Bengali lady worker who wears glasses straight up said “throw it then!” and did not want to do my request, I was shocked because I asked politely. (Mind you, the store was not busy at this time, had no customer in line). All I said was to add little extra coffee, not even to make another drink. Then she started raising her voice and arguing with me. Then later she started mumbling in her language to her coworker and had the worst attitude. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!

Food was good but I absolutely hated the customer service. I payed 7 dollars for a large iced match latte and they filled it with ice to the brim, I asked them nicely to remove it and said i brother please remove it, but they were very disrespectful giving me aditude and telling me that it's what you ordered and trying to make me the reason why he messed up. THEY ALWAYS FILL THE DRINKS UP WITH 70 PERCENT ICE AND 30 PERCENT BEVERAGE EVRYTIME I CAME HERE

This dunkin donuts was SO rude to me today, me and my friends came in and my friend ordered first, I went on the dunkin app to redeem my reward of my breakfast sandwich as my points were 1105, she yells at me from the beginning as i show her the rewards bar code, “What am I supposed to do with this?” Mind you I’m a highschool student??? I dont understand why she was mad at me for using my rewards and she proceeds to tell me I have to pay $6.41 AS SHES YELLING AT ME, I don’t understand why she would yell at me as I was being kind to her THE WHOLE TIME being polite and PROFESSIONAL and shes not professional, shes asking me to pay what my points were supposed to pay and she should know that as she works in dunkin. Your employee doesn’t know simple human decency as she yelled and verbally abused a MINOR. As my friend was defending me since she was yelling at me for no reason, she said to my friend “I dont like your face”, however my friend only said “I dont like your attitude”. Your employee doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect. She lacks the customer service training.

Dunkin is basically a worst place to get coffee but this place is worst of them all. The treatment you get from staff is like you are getting stuff from them for free and got coffee which is worse than 7-11. You buy coffee from them and ask to use the restroom but they will never let you use. Avoid this place at all cost

worst dunkin in all of dunkin franchises, go to the one down the street. service is awful they accused me of stealing another persons drink and they always get your orders wrong. in front of me they filled my drink full of ice when i said less ice and i had to demand multiple times for them to rid the ice. nothing is ever in stock and it just sucks overall
So disappointed in this location. My kid and I went in to buy a bunch of gift cards for teacher appreciation week. The lady and dude were mumbling behind the counter. Then as he swiped each card, she put the GCs in the holders, with the bar facing out. Thought it was odd but didn't give it much thought. Went home to find all the cards were Christmas themed. Really irked me because they could have been upfront about it but chose to be so sneaky. Will not be going back, just because of that nonsense
