worst dunkin in all of dunkin franchises, go to the one down the street. service is awful they accused me of stealing another persons drink and they always get your orders wrong. in front of me they filled my drink full of ice when i said less ice and i had to demand multiple times for them to rid the ice. nothing is ever in stock and it just sucks overall

So disappointed in this location. My kid and I went in to buy a bunch of gift cards for teacher appreciation week. The lady and dude were mumbling behind the counter. Then as he swiped each card, she put the GCs in the holders, with the bar facing out. Thought it was odd but didn't give it much thought. Went home to find all the cards were Christmas themed. Really irked me because they could have been upfront about it but chose to be so sneaky. Will not be going back, just because of that nonsense

The employees are rude. The women save their smiles and greetings for male customers only. “Good morning,” “please,” and “thank you” don’t get you anywhere with those ladies if you’re a woman—and you get nothing but snarky looks if you ask them to add anything to a simple coffee that they always manage to mess up.
The service here isn't great, and some of your food items will be given cold. Don't forget to ask if your order was made with your customizations; I paid for non-dairy milk because I'm lactose intolerant but they still made the coffee with dairy milk and I had to request them to make it again! If you are in a rush to catch the train, I DO NOT recommend this establishment!

We ordered a cake for our son 4th b day… wen we went to pick up out order the lady said they didn’t have any order, and wen we showed her the address and order no she didn’t even look at it, when we said this is the right address and we have made the order her colleague came and got the order for us, instead of saying sorry she said she didn’t know she had a order and started to shout saying she’s too busy to look at orders. Wen i asked her for her name she didn’t so i posted her picture. Her colleagues were very polite and said sory on her behalf so we left. All i hav to say is if u’re so busy to look at orders than may be u shouldn’t be working at a place where most of the sales are made through online orders.

I was there early morning to pick some donuts , since I was waiting on line , I saw they were changing the donuts fresh and the rotten donuts from yesterday was still in front case of display, when I asked the guy at front to give me The fresh donut he said ok and , he hide his hand down and put the rotten donut in bag and gave me the donut from yesterday. I asked Him twice he said it’s fresh . When I came home the donut were rotten . Seriously what’s wrong with this place ? Employers are really not skilled , rude,and management and hygiene is 0 . Like yo we are paying for food and they just don’t care about customer health . Better shut it down .
