No tolerance to people, especially for some backgroun7ds as me W. American and with a hat saying USA first, so much I wanted asked to a very slim Lady very important that she was ignoring me totally, even Latino American were enjoying laughing, Normally I give a minimum 2 usd , but because it had ONLY 1 USD in my wallet, but how the Way she was acting towards me like I'm no human I asked even that 1 usd bac on the counter, that's how bad I was treated

I was terribly mistreated by the people working there. I had asked if they had a bathroom for my kid nd wife to use and they got very nasty saying that I need to use my house bathroom just like they do. I then proceeded to buy coffee and donuts regardless but was given very nasty stares by then person attending us. This place shouldn't be in business if they are going to treat their customers in this manner.

I go to this location for it's convenience but the service when the store manager is absent is very noticeable. Staff is very unprofessional and slow. I placed an online order, and my drink order was never completed. When ordering in the store, they constantly give me the wrong size and incorrect flavor. I ordered a latte, and they gave it to me without the espresso. Its just frustrating.
So slow. Made the next person’s drink first. Made my drink wrong. Made me miss my bus. I recommend walking a few blocks and just go to the one in 61st instead.

It was horrible could not use the app update. And it not allowing me to download it only from Colombia or middle east I can download the app. Which is so strange. I am going have to stop going to Dunkin. If this issue can't be resolved. I wrote Dunkin customers service I heard back not. This happens when you get to many points.. slik move on there part.. i am sure it has happened to many just no one has said anything

I placed an order 5 days in advance for Fathers Day I show up and it was non existent. They tried to tell me to pick a cake out meanwhile I ordered donuts specifically with my husbands picture on them. Then they tried to tell me it was bc of EID (a Muslim holiday). I said that is not my problem I placed an order and I received confirmation if you were unable to do it you should have told me well in advance. Now they told me I need to wait for 1 hour to get the donuts! I will never ever order from this place again!!! This ruined my entire day as it has set back our plans bc now I am waiting 1 hour outside of this dump to receive an order that they never prepared. What the point in ordering in advance and selecting a pick up time when they aren’t going to have the order ready? Dunkin Donuts you failed terribly!
